Thank you. This has been so helpful. I'm so glad I decided against the hospital visit when I had a subluxation of my left shoulder, whilst in bed, reaching backwards for my water. I didn't realise what I had done at first as I was undiagnosed last year ( even though I researched and fit the heds perfectly in multiple ways) but as time went on the pain and tingling was unbearable. Finding a video online with two well known American physios i managed to work out what id done and try to do some manipulation and resting and it seemed more comfortable afterwards. My GP has finally listened, researched and gone over all my old records and agrees that it most likely is heds and have had x rays and mris to go through the protocols so I can now go back to the rheumatology department to get a full diagnosis rather than hypermobility. These videos from the eds have been affirmation and a great help, thank you once again.

superb, thank you. Now all I need is a referral from my GP to get to UCLH and start moving forward; I maybe 67 years old but I'd like to have more fitness back and greater quality of life as I move into those 'twilight' years

I am a chronic dislocator in my left hip, I am double jointed and hyper mobile, I broke my hip in 2001 at 31, it has been replaced 5 times since then, twice in the last year, thank GOD I have been standing each time I have dislocated, I have a press fit rod that I am terrified of what would happen if I fell, I also have osteoporosis. I am now 51. I also sublux and can pop myself back in.

I have a question about how to build up the muscles with mecfs? One of the more difficult symptoms I deal with is the PEM. Great information here. Thank you for doing this.

Where does one acquire such injections and how do you know that what you are getting is what you are paying for just wondering thank you for the comment very interesting. We have clinics that sell stem cell injections, but I feel like it’s somewhat a scam.
