Jordan, I have another question off topic. Getting ready to launch my business. Do you think I should only focus in “Real Estate?” To be able to be wealthy? What do you think about maybe adding to market to businesses ect? And no, its not what I want to do but I feel adding more will make me more money. (Reach more customers”

The only other additional thing I’d offer as to not dilute is just social media management or content creation for realtors. Most new business owners think the more they offer the more they’ll make, but it’s the seasoned entrepreneurs that know that niching down is where you make the most money

Hey Jordan! This question is a bit off topic from the videos but I was hoping you could offer me some insight. Have you ever turned down a job because of the circumstances? Let me explain...I have been asked to do a job that includes interior photos, 3D/Virtual Tour and Drone photos/video, however, the people selling the property, in addition to the realtor, insist on being there during all of this. My concern is having to corral people and moving them around so they're not in the way while I'm trying to get all of this done. Thoughts? Comments? Suggestion, etc ..? I've never had an issue with the realtor being around but having other people seems like the ingredients for a headahe and a job that might end up being more trouble than it's worth!? How would you, or how would you recommend, apprcoaching this?

Check my pre-shoot checklist. It’s what I send to all my clients. I have strict rules about how the property needs to be set up before I arrive. No homeowners, no cars, no kids, no pets. If the realtor wants to hang out, that’s fine, but they have to be outside. Otherwise, if the property is full of people, they get charged an extra time waste fee. Pre-shoot checklist should be in the description, or you can find it on REPHUB.app in the downloads section!

@@reallyjordanhornThanks Jordan! I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I've only done a handful of shoots thus far and this is the first time this type of situation has come up. I always want to provide the best customer service possible. Unfortunately, the sellers are insistent on being there so I think I am going to have to turn this one down. I've tried working around it but they're rather inflexible and it's turning out to be more trouble than it's worth. I'm gonna check out that checklist and utilize something similar in the future, lesson learned. Thanks again 👍🏻
