Yeah they are as much as a real deal as an NFC card, you need you client to get to your digital card. How? Well tapping your own phone, a card, clicking a link, scanning a qr code or sending it through a message. So yeah, Digital card is cool, I have one, but you do need to get the data to the client ;)
