Enough people are doing the advent calendars over Christmas or just as a whole box opening... I love your idea to open one bag a day and build the Home Alone house over Christmas 🎄... What I haven't seen others do is compare the advent calendars with each other or past calendars, so one video on this would be appreciated by me 😊
There is a big trend on here of people opening advent calendars early like an unboxing and doing the whole is it worth it thing so there's definitely a pull for individual advent calendar openings pre December - me personally, i'm not fussed what you decide to do which doesn't help i know but ultimately there is a advent calendar opening section of youtube that does pop off especially for people looking at buying them for others, especially kids and seeing if its worth it etc!
Don't open the advent calendars in video form all at once. Im hoping to get my own calendars, and kinda like it being a surprise. Perhaps you can go for a format where you do the 1 bag a day home alone house, then end those videos with opening that days advents? Just an idea.
First few LEDs lighting in a strip, and the rest not, is more indicative of not enough power input, rather than the control unit. So swap the power supplies first. Lots of companies use cheap Chinese power supplies that go before the actual products. (I'm looking at you many external hard drive manufacturers.) If you were using cheap rolls of LEDs it's not unknown to have to inject power halfway along very long LED runs.

You could cover the lights in cotton wool to give them a cloud effect look. they can also be set up to make it look like lightning then too

Wouldnt bottom shelf have to be a Dave-proof area? So having stuff there like for example the Minecraft stuff isnt ideal?
