What are the neat things that stood out about the Beretta GT also to me was that oversized steering wheel It was quite comfortable and I think it was even bigger than the wheel on the Impala back then LOL. Vertical dashboard all the way to the passenger side with the slats brings back a lot of memories by 88 g t wasn't a 5-speed was an automatic but it had that good 2.8 You were selling olds is back there around circa 89/90 Be Nice to find a not beat to death calis with the old Quad 4 that was a really good car. I know the Grand-Am had to but the Calais had all the power options it was a nice ride with that Quad 4.
I have a buddy right now that has a yellow pace car with digital dash. Has crazy low miles and is probably worth as much as this one but I "think" it can be bought somewhere in the upper teens. @@crystalj4041
@@christianbugatticg that’s not a throaty sound , the engine is loud like something is wrong with it , the hood was open , maybe it’s just the recording idk , but I’ve been around those cars back in the day and none were loud like that one is .

wow Beretta, lol i owned one of these, 1989 GT. Anything that could go wrong with that car went wrong. Delamination of paint that dealer laughed at and said GM would pay to repaint. Worst repaint ever. Every interior bit on doors handle and all broke. The dash plastic developed all kinds of bubbles. The computer for 2.8 MPFI engine gave up. Replacement computer never made it sound or perform the same. What a nightmare. Made me shy away from American cars for many many year.
LOL, sound like you got a bad one!! But seriously, the dash in particular had to be made out of the cheapest material possible! I can remember literally in less than a year people coming back with the old warped dash. Surprisingly this one isn't terrible! Obvious it didn't see A LOT of sunlight!
Stepmom has an 88 GT 5 speed purchased new. I bought an 89 GT when I was old enough to drive in 1997. Fun car.

I have a 1991 chevy beretta GT 3.1 V6 Is a automatic but very fast. Mine is red and I also have the black head light covers. Best car I ever own.
