@@Turbo231 they need maintenance, and repair often. While they are cheap to fix diy, a lot of people just can’t, and they end up in the salvage yard. I bought my 91 in 99 for $500 with a blown head gasket. I think the gasket kit was $135, and I might have paid $170 for head work. It was an 8 year old car and was effectively worthless.
A nice survivor car , 90 was the last year of that design, the 91 had an updated interior with airbags . I had a 91 GT with the 3,1 V6 . The OLDS 442 from 90 also had those rims if I recall correctly along with that Quad 4 engine . 😃
That is a beautiful Survivor Beretta. Love the gtz package and I love the matching rims and the color of the car. That is absolutely worth putting back on the road I would rock the shit out of that car! And it's a 5 speed manual!!
Yeah, still wafering on this one. The wheels are headed towards my Fiero project for now when it gets rolling and parts are really hard to find for the quad 4, so we’ll see if it retains the 4 or goes to Series 2 3800 land.
I'm excited for this to be running. I think that HO quad 4 is such a neat engine, but I don't see much about it online. also, any particular reason so many GM vehicles? Just what you know to work on or like something else about them?
I prefer their styling and interchangeability. Know 1 GM car and you know most of them. We had that 89 Ford Probe and it was like everything was in French, things done differently, forums and groups were different. I stick to what I know I guess.
I’ve done so much work on those Quad4s. 89, 90 and 91 Grand Ams. I wish they weren’t all almost gone.
Yeah, it’s pretty strange how rare they’ve gotten.

Yeah, it was a nice price and neat slice of history to add to the fleet. I’ll learn more about Quad4’s soon.
I have them same wheels on my Fiero.
Yeah, the are super nice looking!

Nothing is better than an old GM!
Are you interested in selling it?
Unless you are in Alberta Canada, then no.
