I nave a problem, the backup Is never start, only says "preparing backup on Google drive..." I tried everything, change account, delete cache, restart Smartphone and did all the procedures in the video, what can I do?

Iy has since 16 sep not doing drive back up. It goes till 99% and then stays there. I left it for a day and still didnt finish.

I had the same problem, mine was stuck at 13% since 4 days and I tried every way but failed. Then I tried another way, I cleaned up my Google drive in order to generate sufficient space and then I restarted my phone. And it started restoring backup properly.

Still having a problem, the process is taking a very long time. It took over 6 hours and still assuming to be backing up at a point I had to terminate and continue again still to no avail because it still assumed back up from 9pm to 6am my whole data was exhausted yet to no avail.

Make sure your internet speed is little bit fast
Guys update your mobile software and then try again and if it gets stuck at some point, check your network speed.

mine's been stuck on 60%
i stop it and start it again that way it speeds up for a minute and worst part is that everytime I try to backup again the data increases it slowly went from 1.4 to 3.1 gb
Sir, i deleted my WhatsApp data. Uninstalled WhatsApp, den reinstalled it, den allowed the app to restore media worth 1.3gb. and after that switched to mobile data and backed up. It worked for me. You can try this method too.

@@skanwarjaved 1st please on encrypted chat backup. Then try switching email. I've done it and mi e has been resolved. Also keep switching from wifi to cellular whenever u feel it's stuck. It requires high speed.
