With all due respect to Tom Cavanagh, his acting peaked in season one. He was THE reverse flash. The character was so tangible, so multilayered. He owned the role. He's still good, but his performance in season one is unmatched.
I agree, but I think a lot of that has to do with poor writing. RF was so weird post season 5. also-I dont' consider him in other shows like legends to be canon tbh
