**THIS is why you Fish ROCKS** | Flounder and Speckled Trout Fishing - Bayou la Batre, Alabama

Quick morning fun fishing trip out on the yaks in bayou la batre. Main target was flounder, but we happened on a number of species including a big school of speckled trout hanging around the jetties. And I saw my first manatee! Nothing crazy, just a nice morning of fishing.

Where are you launching out of? I have only left from the state docks there in the Bayou. - BLB has huge plans for the docks. That area will look great when the park and dock renovation is completed. It will be a. Great area to visit.

I launch from the state docks as well. It's definitely a great area to fish!
