Shane Bumgarner don’t lose hope bro. You’ll see results with patience and consistency. What helped me was, I put in my head that I was going to give it a year at most to see results. A beard won’t grow overnight!

A N D Y thank you brother, and minoxidil only works when applied to the skin so I wouldn’t see a problem with that. In my 8month journey I only shaved once because I was eager to see results. Since you’ll be shaving more often it will still work just visually it may not look like results are coming. Just trust in the process. 👍🏼
I think anything is better than nothing, but can you have a 5 o'clock shadow? Maybe having some hair you can see will keep you motivated to keep going.

Balasubramanyam S thank you. On the biotin bottle it recommends just one a day. At 1st I was taking 4 5000mcg biotin pills a day then switch to 2 10000mcg a day. As long as your taking biotin daily then your good. I highly recommend the brand that I posted.

Did you dermaroll at all? I hear a lot of people talking about it but I don’t like the idea of slicing up my face once a week (even if they are just micro abrasions)
Most people who make those videos are sponsored by the dermaroll company. But the way kt works is by allowing more blood flow to come to the skin which lets your hair grow better as with minoxidil it does the same. I woukdnt recommend doing both though. If you dermaroll then apply minoxidil it Will burn like hell

teedogg80 i dermaroll and then apply minoxidil right after. Doesnt burn or cause any side effects to me. I watched a video from a doctor that says it would make more sense to derma roll and apply minoxidil right after bc the microneedles would allow more pathways for it to travel in the bloodstream. Tried it and thats what i do now.

fan club it takes 3 months for minoxidil to even start working. Stay consistent for results. Also I’ve been off minoxidil for 6 months now and still have every single beard hair that has grown in. Thanks for the comment

I have a question I’m also on my minoxidil beard journey I recently bought an African black soap it’s 100% natural and I clean my face with it (beard area) every time I use the minoxidil liquid version will the minoxidil still be absorbed into my skin and also I have work I can’t wait for 4 hours to moisture my skin I apply the oil as soon as my beard area is dry will I still see some results
Glory Gabriel I use African black soap too. Also after applying minoxidil i wait 4hrs before applying my beard oil . It’s important to let minoxidil do it job.

You can but you dont have to. Just make sure its 4 hours afterward so that it has ample time to soak into your skin.

Redemption HD it’ll he solid black and hard, like your typical facial hair, armpit hair, pubic hair, if the hair isn’t jet black looking and soft like hmm your arm hair then it isn’t terminal and once you stop using minoxidil they will fall out and or stop growing... usually it takes about 1 year for your hair to become terminal from it... not that bad man, just buy a 3 months supply and see how it goes, so dudes hair become terminal within the 1 year, even as little as 2-3 months... all depends on your hair follicles, but almost any dude can grow a beard from minoxidil man, and have it connect if your hair follicles will awaken.... I am also going to use minoxidil, but other products as well like collagen and Jamaican black castor oil, I want a nice thick beard with a fade around my edges lol

On month 5 now. Results are definitely not like yours but im hanging in there. More than anything Ive seen alot of vellus hair grow but they’ve been the same since ive noticed them which was around month 2. After month 6 is over if it’s the same I’m probably going to call it quits.

Shedding happens when vellus hairs fall out and terminal hairs come in. You wont notice it though.
My experience, yes it works. It also gave me heart Palpitations and I hear enlarges you’re heart similar to that of a steroid. Everyone has different side effects tho some people have none

CASOFOE yes when I was taking it my heart would start pounding like I just ran a marathon. I eventually stopped taking it and lost the little hair that I had coming in. This was about 3 weeks in . It had an extreme side effect of making hair grow where there was none before such as women growing beards and men who didnt have chest hair growing chest hair. So they changed it to a topical ointment and renamed it "Rogaine" second. An enlarged heart? No. Steroids dont even do that. Hgh does. Which is a naturally occurring hormone needed for proper growth in a human. How could something applied topically affect your organs? Hope this clarifies things for everyone.

@@chris587124 yeah. It may cause light shedding but if it does its only hair that was gonna fall out in the first place. Ive been using it for awhile now. My hair sheds a little. But it WILL NOT make you go bald or cause your hair to "fall out" it is normal and only temporary. The hair falling out is vellus and falls out to make way for terminal permanent hairs to grow.
