Giving my first impressions on texture, scent, feel and over all experience of this product. Loving that this product is tested on humans and not animals, vegan and 100% cruelty free!

First time I see somebody washing his face with a hat on 🤣🤣🤣 🤦🏻♂️ 🤦🏻♂️
i bought the face routine 2 the back of the box says to wash and dry the face before applying. no instructions to wash off afterwards. thats the purifying face wash and daily essential face moisturizer. i did end up rinsing lightly and patting dry my face after a few minutes later.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner over 2 weeks and every time I apply it I see more hair on my palms!! I thought after 1 go, it may just my hair but I have never seen this much hair come off. I have used khiels and other established brands so I am super disappointed, spent £38 from Amazon!!! Want my money back!!
Did you buy this off amazon by any chance? I did and mine is super watery like yours. I was shopping for other items such as shampoos and conditionners and a lot of reviews were saying the products were fake saying how watery it they were... so this brickell product has me questionning the authenticity since how watery it is.
I did get it from Amazon and I think you may be right! a friend of mine purchased direct and his is much thicker

It's not fake, I got the trial pack from the official Brickell website and I remember the charcoal cleanser was really watery. It's not fake, it's just a watery cleanser, that's how it's meant to be.
