I guess they wanted to go for and old timey feel, I have the anthology collection on PS2 and they use like old words like jaculation instead of throw and buttock to describe the slide around your opponent in SamSho 3/4 since you are going to your opponents back. It was really hard as a kid to understand what the heck they meant
Samurai Shodown VI was no perfect masterpiece but I will always have a soft spot for this game and is easily one of my favorite entries in the series, even more than the forgettable 2019 reboot.
If you mean the Neo Geo Collection, it's because Samurai Shodown 6 was made on the Sammy Atomiswave, which is a lot more advanced and different from the Neo Geo.
Kim Ung Che is Gaira’s name in the Korean ports of SamSho. I guess SNK wanted to use both, so Gaira went bald when Ung Che had his original hair with a white colour scheme for his clothes.
