How does the school system in The Netherlands work?

1:13 The leaders of the "peuterspeelzaal" are teachers. They have a special 3 or 4 year education. Never say that leaders of a peuterspeelzaal aren't "real" teachers.

There are some international schools in The Netherlands, where they teach in English.
