I have this pedal with my Rectoverb head,and I am amazed how it improved the tone of leads,and added more defined thump to the recto cab.It also compresses the sound if you max out mids,great improvement to the sound also if you play metal.
Man this sounds nice. I don't hear the digital sound the other dude is complaining, this is one of my favorite dirt pedals you've demoed.

one of my mates just got this as a present from his wife, and went to thailand for three weeks before i could sit down with it... after hearing it here i'm even more depressed I'll have to wait three weeks to wrap my ears around it :(
Wow that was a great sounding pedal.
I love this pedal! i can vouch for its abilities. I run through a Vox AC30 and i chose this over a Bob Burt OD.. really want to try them together sometime. However the only thing i can't vouch for is if you're heavy footed, i find every time i hit the pedal on or off i knock the Volume and Bass controls with my foot. In a live sitch you can find this to be such a pain! I should really tape them to the pedal enclosure after finding my desired levels. Great pedal, and fantastic demo Andy + PGS!

A friend gave me this pedal to sell for him on ebay. Plugged it in and put my OCD on ebay instead.

@scumcity14 something can sound digital, even if it is all analog. it is just a description of the tone, not a technical observation. i am not saying i agree with that, but it can be a valid opinion.

It's hard to judge from youtube clips, but to me this sounds similar to the Fulltone Plimsoul voicing. Maybe it's the mids? I like it!

@TravuhsWree there is an Andy TImmons BB preamp? i only know that he uses a standard bb preamp.
@Hestjaevel111 Honestly, it depends on what amp you are plugging it into. My BB Plus does not work with my Music Man 210HD combo, but so far has work with all my other 10+ amp setups...

Beautiful sounding pedal. But I'm a bit confused as to why Xotic needs a custom shop to produce this pedal when they already have such high standards in quality.
