truly, this is the correct answer
I have the BB with mid boost. At first I was a little underwhelmed but it as a straight up distortion pedal (I am used to more "amp like" pedals), but I LOVE using it to kick an amp with the mids pumped hard. It's incredibly versatile. I have the AC boost too, and it doesn't get as much use, but when used to kick an amp it gives a great attack for playing shred.
The BB preamp _never_ leaves my boards. If you're interested in one, get the one with compression. For mid boost, it stacks wonderfully with a TS.
BB stands for Bluesbreaker, AC for Almost Clean (booster) and the RC for Real Clean (booster). You're welcome:-D

I know it's called the EP boost because of EchoPlex, so I'm guessing BB refers to BluesBreaker and AC refers to Vox.

Something I've been interested in since it's release (but sadly still haven't yet got) is the Electro Harmonix Op Amp Big Muff, and I just now thought that it might be interesting to see you guys do a comparison video (maybe a blindfold challenge) of the different Big Muff pedals available. It could be especially interesting to see/hear the difference between the standard, the Op Amp, and the JHS modded Op Amp.

I found the BB Preamp was the best tone I ever had when playing on my own or when I used it as a lead boost, but when used it as a crunch sound with a band, my guitar disappeared.

I think the andertons and that Pedal Show are running out of steam. Maybe go out on a high note. Or you could milk it into blandness. Up to you. It was fun while it lasted.
nah. not every video is gonna be epic. some are simple basic reviews / product promos. but there's no reason that the format of their best videos can't be continued... more blindfold challenge vids, guess this or that vids etc. there will be more, and they will be great. andertons channel has been around for a long time why would you think it's over? they're just hitting their stride. the videos with lee and rob are the best, that's all. it's that simple. danish pete needs to do his own thing either by himself or with one of the other guys. the main show is lee and rob, can't beat that combo.

By the way, the 'That Pedal Show' guys do it because they love it... it's not like they're getting paid tons of money to make a weekly youtube show. I happen to love+appreciate it! Drew Mello just my opinion. Hardly caused any trouble. I've just noticed they have been struggling to make interesting shows latley. And i thought, like some tv shows, they have run out of ideas. And i stand by that. Its not hating on somthing if you critique something. Have a nice day
