- Massive shout out for 1K subscribers homies appreciate you all!! This is a exercise that i did many times that really helped me to over come the doubts and fears i had with loss. It may seem mad, but try it let me know thoughts, probability is key. Let them play out, let your edge play out.

Just what I needed to hear, Albie. Took a -2% drawdown on the FTMO challenge last week. Didn't pull the trigger this morning (out of fear) on two +8R trades. Will do the coin toss every morning to help with psychology. Just tried it and ended +20% haha ... Thank you brother!
That’s it mate it’s natural as humans we don’t like to lose man, but we have to get used to it part of the game we’re in, this helped me to realise it doesn’t actually matter as long as we stick to our plan. Glad it helped mate

This is one of the most powerful training videos on probabilities I've ever watched. I'll be doing this exercise every single day to condition my mind. I was watching a mark Douglas training and he talked about probabilities and I realized I was operating in a single trade mindset and that was f****** me up! And then when I thought about the times when I went through my metatrader 4 over the course of a month and counted all my trades regardless if they were a dumb trade, a trade according to my trading plan or even a partial out of a trade I realize I was 66 to 73% accurate and always profitable. Sometimes we don't realize how well we're doing when we're in the single trade mentality. You have to think like a casino and in the state of probabilities. Thank you for all that you do I enjoy being your student.

Today I took 3 hit on a 1% risk and lost 3 percent
The 4 trade which I hesitated turned out to be an 8RR trade that would have made me 8 percent and recovered

I tried using a die with 6 sides and called rolling a 1 or a 6 a +5R trade and rolling a 3, 4, or 5 a -1R loss and I pulled +13R!
This is representative of a 33% win rate. Great exercise Albie! and great video matey!

I have a year since I started trading, I’ve been studying phantoms course for 4-5+months, and I have never tried changing strategies and plan on sticking to this. I always look for similar setups and trade what I see with no reservation or hesitation if the setups meets what I perceive as valid from with the knowledge I currently have. I’m currently on a 36 + losing streak and 7+ red days. Im down 14% of my total account capital, my risk management isn’t my issue, it’s clear that my executions needs serious work. It hurts a lot, Every loss in this losing streak is like a punch to my gut, it makes me feel sick to my stomach. I will be extremely open minded and great full for any advice from anyone 🙏

Great vid once again Albie! I was researching some maths around bigger losing streaks, just to get an idea of the probabilities. I learned that in a fair coin toss, the probability of getting 10 losses in a row at some point in 1,000 tosses, is 62% - ie more likely to happen than not!
I think most people can get their heads around 3 or 4 in a row quite easily, but realizing that 10 in a row is still normal and taking that in your stride takes a bit more belief!

I really like that coin flip simulation :D I'll sure do that a lot! What I am realizing is, trading is really easy on lower timeframes if you have a proven strategy. Internet is full of strategies man, it is not about strategy. I absolutely agree with you, it is all about letting your edge work for you. Sounds strange, but hard part of trading is actually doing the same thing over and over. This fact amazes me.

your channels the only one im watching nowadays and the only videos ive ever commented on cause i think its cringe lol im struggling to let go of losses and im taking hit after hit.. i had a position this week that has gone on to hit 20% and im sure it'll hit my target for 40% .. (down to you and phantom) but i closed the position at a loss of 0.6% because i got worried when price was in my entry zone and thought nah mate this decisional aint gonna hold .. second time ive done this same shit.. and all that happens is i buy another challenge just to repeat the same shit cause i know i can do it .. my RR isnt the problem just the fear of missing and and fear of losing makes me close positions just to hit my tp and be fuming with myself for closing yet anoter position .. i bought that zen book so im reading through so hopefully that does something... but top video again mate !
Hey brother big love appreciate that! Glad they add value and help!! It sounds like you have mindset holding you back which is the biggest issue for most traders it just doesn’t get spoken on enough as it doesn’t seem glamorous. It comes down self belief in your edge and approach mate having the confidence in the plan also remember competence breeds confidence so are you doing all the things you should be.. have you tried journaling your thoughts for a moment, coming off live challenges go for demos on ftmo there free and try to identify what demons you first have then you can work on actioning how to deal with them when they present, perfectly normal what you’re doing through so don’t beat yourself up mate.

50 % winrate with 5 profit factor = + 250% long term. The thing is: Your SL is tighter (1/5th) = Your profit factor drops to 1 again. / In other words:
With 5 RR, the market will stop you out with 80% probability NOT 50 % like with the coinflip.
But all in all thats true.
The first backtests can be Loosers because the Strategy is Profitable long term.
Yep I noticed ….the intent is noble but the application creates an incorrect narrative that 5:1 to 10:1 trades have a win rate of 50%..no chance they are more like 20-30% win rate so we are not seeing the 10-15 losses with his example that are normally associated
