I was packing up orders and notice I got a message / email from ebay for label adjustments. Crazy how they can do this.
UPS - Fedex are the worst.
I also talking about shipping and how I handle when customer pays to much .

Invest in a box re-sizer Pat. You should know better than to try to pass off a larger box than you paid for. Also, you were probably charged retail weight and size when they caught it. That’s probably why it was so much, you’re not getting the discounted rate from the platform.
One reason why I only use pirate ship they have a button to press to dispute and I have won every one. I am sure you put in the correct dimensions.

12x14x10 divided by 139 12.1 pounds. Anytime you put the actual scale weight and not dimensional weight you're asking for problems.
Sounds you made a definite mistake. You must input measurements once order is completely packed in box. The bigger box you said you added paper and was bigger you got caught on. Take it as a lesson learned.
