    I think it's important to give yourself some grace if you fall out of a routine with your new habits. If, for instance, you pull a muscle during a workout or you go on a holiday (and your kettle bells are not with you LOL), just get back on track when you can. It's okay to dump a habit that just makes you unhappy.

    Thank you so much for the gentle reminders about making sure I take care of myself. Too often the day is so hectic, and everyone needs a piece of me. I forget to take care of my needs. Just found your channel. Really enjoying your content.
