      I have ibs not sure which type as I was diagnosed 22 years back I have severe vomiting non stop 3 to 4 days bedridden n bathroom ridden where I can't eat or drink at all in those 4 days and i get severely ill dehydration n takes me a month to recover. Also i get bloating diharrea but mainly vomiting. I've taken probiotocs some yoga meditation and it's helped a little, but i also only eat fresh clean homemade food as realised triggers are alcohol vinegar, song cheese ready made food and sauces. Is that what you also have? what is the vomiting form of ibs known as? What is keystones as I'm veg so not sure if it's meat diet(meat have parasites n from what I know it's the parasites that cause ibs( from most Scientific research in last 20 years) and what to eat on terms of meat is only what parasite wants you to eat to feed them as they send messages to your brain for the meats and protein they crave.

      Orca I just made an account to reply to this.
      I'm 24 and have been struggling with this diagnosis for 2.5 years (symptoms for longer). Constantly being told it's IBS. I feel horrible every morning & hate waking up to it. I've had so many tests, tried so many diets & medications. Life is just horrendous right now.
      It's making life so difficult & I'm worried I'll lose my job. Although everyone's been understanding so far, I can feel people are getting fed up with me.
      I mainly am replying because you saying you wish it was cancer is something I have felt. Obviously I don't want it to be cancer but I'm so tired of this IBS crap and people who don't have it, not understanding how hard it is. Its under played as not a serious condition, when for most it is.
      Its time it's recognised as a disability and made known by professionals how impacting it is on people's lives.

    for me its all anxiety that caused my ibs,literally until I managed my stress and lowered my cortisol levels,my stomach would act up after breakfast or as soon as I woke up,anxiety and stress even made me inrolerant to some foods that I cant eat anymore,I also eliminated ALL those foods....especially all fruits except banans and kiwis and all fermented products,vinegar,refined oils,,margarine,butter,dark chocolate...and many more...,I am feeling better now thank God...until people adress their intolerances and their deal with their anxiety this condition will not go away....you cant eat things that you know deep down they bother you,also you must not eat while stressed,even anti anxiety meds are worth taking for a while

      AfricEurop I just use one measuring cup of plain Kiefer goat milk and added in my smoothie every morning. Some people take kefir Dairy and just drink it straight. The best thing is you could take it when and however you like and it works wonders. I added 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric in my smoothie to help reduce inflammation of intestinal tract. Three other people I told of this trident and it worked. One person was ready for surgery before she tried Kiefer and never had to go to surgery after using it. I was so happy for her! I hope it works for you as well as it's an inexpensive and easy method.

      AfricEurop if it does work for you, you should feel immediate results. The tumeric is just an additional benefit. I like using it because it tends to keep the inflammation in my gut down. The one girl I mentioned who was going to have surgery but decided to try the key for first, says she just drinks a little from the bottle throughout the day. She was so happy it worked and told me she is pain free after 20 years. Please let me know how this turns out for you. God bless.

    I had it. It is also called functional dyspepsia. It is a mix of many issues with your gut. The complication is that everybody has different cause and symptoms. But it can be cured. It is a functional disease and requires functional medication that is available in plenty but that only helps regulate your gut. Still the food sensitivity issue needs to be resolved by figuring out what eases and worsens the symptoms. It can be cured, I repeat! Don't stress too much and start looking up for functional medication. Try adding turmeric in diet. Try blend diet but diet alone won't help if you haven't done the righ medication.

    Hey girl! Loved your story. Thank you for sharing!❤
    I was diagnosed with IBS-D in the last couple of months, and some days it has been HORRIBLE. 😭
    I wanted to know, when you started taking these ketones, did you change your diet still? Or were you able to go back to eating whatever you wanted... i.e soda, ("pop" as you call it 😊😊), greasy foods, etc...
    And the other question I had is, did you also continue the use of the peppermint oil daily.
    Thank you! I hope to hear back from you soon!
    Very much enjoyed your video.

      Hi! No problem, I’m glad you found it helpful! I had already had to cut out a lot of things (pop + greasy foods included) before I started taking ketones so I didn’t change my diet afterwards. I now am able to eat whatever without it upsetting my stomach though! I think I used the peppermint oil for a short while after starting ketones but then I stopped the peppermint oil all together. Thank you for watching 🤍

    I had the exact same problems...until I got married to an Uzbek and started eating uzbek food 24/7. Strangely the IBS went away. I ended up getting a divorce and went back to eating western style, though vegan. It came back. I am still doing a lot of tweaking but I think it was the high oil content of uzbek food combined with less or no gluten. So I cut out gluten and the bloating went away but I am still constipated. I am trying to add more oils like fish oils and olive. I think its helping.

    Honestly this past 2 weeks i been having severe stomach pains which is normal except this time it stays in my left abdomen and hurts to breathe or do anything, I got a fever and diarrhea and wasn’t feeling good at all so I basically cut out all food except any veggies because I was feeling so sick I didn’t have an appetite I just wanted to feed my body with nutritious things when I would force myself to eat.I was mainly drinking ginger and lemon cold pressed juices, parsley and lemon with the peel and water that I boiled for a long long time like 45 mins to an hour and put in the fridge (taste refreshing), probiotic and tumeric immunity shots I got from Costco in the morning, bone broths, teas and also taking organic natural oregano oil and it acts as a natural antibiotic. It’s very very potent so you have to be very careful I would start with 1 drop in a spoon of extra Virgin coconut oil or olive oil and work your way up to 4 drops mixed with your oil preference. I was feeling HORRIBLE about to go to the ER but I have really bad experiences with doctors so I decided to trust in my oregano oil yet again and it did not disappoint all my symptoms have disappeared within a week. I take 4 drops in coconut oil once or twice daily until symptoms are gone. Obviously I’m not a doctor and everybody is different but this is what helps me feel better quickly

    Never have tried key tones but I have tried peppermint capsules (IbsGuard), probiotics, different forms of fiber, activated charcoal. Little to no help whatsoever, money spent on so many supplements. Multiple test done by doctors, and even being prescribed Bently for stomach spasms which still didn’t work that great.
    Skip forward some time later I’m smoking marijuana and noticed I had temporary relief but did not like feeling high all the time especially at work, so I did some research and learned more about CBD. Now let me tell you, the next day after taking several drops every 3-4hours I was able to have somewhat firm stool unlike the chronic watery diarrhea I’ve been having since I could remember. Within a week I could see a dramatic difference in everything, I was really struggling with depression and work performance went down significantly as well as my hobby’s/passion withered away but all that is behind me since I discovered the profound benefits of Cbd. If you have ibs I recommend you look it up it just might save you and give you another lease on life.

    • @RachelGreene
      @RachelGreene  6 лет назад +1

      Nope! There is a signicant difference between what I take (KETO//OS) and raspberry ketones. The raspberry ketones you’re thinking of aren’t actually a ketone supplement and is not related in any way to ketones, the ketogenic diet or nutritional ketosis. They are generally synthetically made because natural raspberry ketones are extremely expensive. KETO//OS is a natural, nutritional ketone supplement that gives your body the ketones it needs in order to enter into ketosis and achieve the benefits of ketones via supplementation.

I had one particular question, did you lose weight considerably while you were gripped by IBS?

    I have IBS myself and it's an absolute nightmare. I can no longer go out because I'm constantly concerned about weather or not will the next place will have a bathroom (you'd be surprised to know about how mnay public places don't have bathrooms or they don't let other people use them). I always wanted to become a professional actress but I soon realized that my medical condition wouldn't allow me to to follow my dream.
    Traveling is out of the question.
    And also, dating for me is almost impossible because literally no guy ever would want to be with a girl with ibs.

      When I get the cramps, I usually end up in the bathroom shaking violently, drenched in a cold sweat. I then start gagging, and feeling like I'm going to pass out.

Did it relieve the symptoms for a long while? Did you take it on an empty stomach? Also, have you tried Heather's peppermint oil capsules and if you have, were the good? Thank you!

    Hi! I have been struggling with IBS for some time. I just started taking peppermint capsules and they provide temp relief but I think my body is still getting used to it.. what exactly are ketones? And how do I get my hands on them? Thanks for the help!

    • @datsuntoyy
      @datsuntoyy 2 года назад +2

      Beta Hydroxybuterate. There are 3 types of Ketones your body uses but these are the ones you can buy. It's what your body uses for fuel when it doesn't have carbohydrates. Some essential oils like peppermint oil contains ketones, a rather small ammount. Your liver will make ketones from fat on the keto diet. Peppermint oil also contains other things which is more than likely what's helping her. Ketones in themselves are a fuel source for the body.
      The main issue I've found with Chronic Constipation, IBS and the keto diet is on Keto you stop eating wheat. Wheat has been known to cause IBS, chronic constipation and a host of other issues. The body is not meant to eat wheat yet it's in tons of food. It's kinda like corn in cat food. Most cat food has corn but most cats are alergic to it.
      I'm not pushing a Keto diet on you (although it's worked great for me) but stop eating wheat and give it 3-4 weeks for your body to relax.

    hi rachel! my story is similar to yours in the fact that I discovered I had these severe stomach issues at 15. I’m 16 now and still haven’t found a cure to the cramping, gas, diarrhea, and embarrassment even after several doctor and GI appointments. They thought I had stomach ulcers or colon cancer. I’m starting to do my own research since the discomfort has been so crippling, ESPECIALLY in school. I have IBS and things that trigger it are lactose, spicy foods (which I love ☹️), fried foods, and ANXIETY. anxiety big time. the feeling you get when you know you can’t use the bathroom in that specific moment is the worst. Ive recently tried ginger ale and i’m willing to try out peppermint oils, IBgard, ketones… anything at this point. I just want my life to be normal again. I don't know if my ibs has had something to do with my anxiety but as my anxiety got better I like stopped having loose stools is that normal or did I not have IBS or was it just from my anxiety I don't know but yeah yeah basically I started getting loose stools at least like once a week since third grade and now I'm in sixth grade and I don't have them anymore

    Hi :) Have you been checked for endometriosis? I have had IBS since 15 as well and just got dx with endo which caused most of my symptom when the iBS wasn't. I plan on starting the keto lifestyle. Thanks for this video and i hope you are still finding relief.

      I had endo but now I'm in menopause. I do have a fibroid in my uterus which is posterior. It's pressing on my bowels. I do stress alot too. I'm also type 2 diabetic. So I can't have sugary stuff but I also can't have artificial sweeteners either. I stick with sugar and pay for it after 4 days of constipation. Good times. Ugh.

      @@siddantsharma3681 what has helped me is a keto diet. Also the peppermint thing helps. I take probiotics but i don't think it was enough so I have made kefir (you can probably buy a good quality organic one) and drinking it almost every day I find that made a HUGE difference as well. When I eat sugar or higher carbs I feel horrible. I don't drink ketones or anything I just find that a low carb more ketoish diet helps. Hope that helps a bit! Good luck

    Quick question, when you mean symptom free, does that mean you can go back to your old diet like to having fried foods or high fats etc? I need to try find a new way to fix my IBS because its taking over my life and has caused me to gain high anxiety and depression and i just need to find new ways to battle this

    • @RachelGreene
      @RachelGreene  5 лет назад

      Everything that I have reintroduced into my diet I have been able to tolerate without any issues. I say symptom free because I technically can’t say “cure” as it is not proven by the FDA to cure any disease. If you want to try ketones to see if they help you I can set you up with some different ones to try! I’m open to any questions you may have if you’re interested too, my email is ketowithrachel@yahoo.com! :)

    Thanks a lot for your information. I am having worst ibs d problem. Everyday it's ruining my life. I have tried low FODmap diet. Still not working out for me. After seeing your video, I just got a hope that will recover soon.
    Instead of having peppermint oil , Can I have peppermint with food everyday ? Could this will help me ?

      From what I understand a certain covering on the peppermint pill makes it possible to pass to the small intestines without the stomach acids taking away all of the medicinal purpose of taking the peppermint. Same thing happens with propiotics.

    the kind of symptoms you say I have similar symptoms but with urination. After every time I use the washroom, I feel good for 10 minutes then urge begins also feel something in lower abdomen. But they have not seen UTI. I wonder if this is a kind of irritable bowel?

Kombucha n sour kraut made me have fireworks of gas but then they stopped. Now some foods irritate as I don’t have a gall bladder. I hope it’s just bad bacteria in the wrong place.

    What is Ketone you take? My IBS is so annoying. I want to try ketone as yours. Please recommend where to buy from Amazon. Thank you

    • @RachelGreene
      @RachelGreene  5 лет назад

      The ketones I take are naturally fermented and bio identical to what our bodies produce so they’re not cheap. They’re from an online company called Pruvit, you can’t buy them on Amazon though.
