This Leyland Bus training video looks at the maintenance procedures that should be carried out on the Leyland Tiger coach.
Part 1 covers Leyland TL11 engine oil / filter changes, fuel filter replacement, air intake / filter, injector removal / replacement, valve clearances, engine cooling system, ZF manual gearbox, clutch adjustment, Hydracyclic gearbox oil change / maintenance, Leyland LVA gearbox control system, retarder maintenance checks, Pneumocyclic gearbox oil change / adjustment and Telma retarder maintenance.
This video includes two Leyland Tiger demonstrators: C396 DML with Van Hool Alizee coachwork and B263 AMG with Plaxton Paramount 3500 coachwork.
