This story needs a lot of revising. It had good potential but then threw in way too many confusing tropes.
Honestly, only the first part of this was solid. It started off great with a supernatural children’s show that only Jen knew about and the disturbing fan art she drew. But, then it took a strange and confusing turn with a cult and anhology tales told out of order, all of which had very small connections to Halloweentime.
Kinda disappointed and confused the author didn’t follow through with the haunted TV show concept all the way through. What we got, in my opinion, was kind of a confusing mess. All of these parts could’ve been their own creepypastas. Making them all about Halloweentime made very little sense.

Completely agree with you. Its very disappointing to me that I'm unable to really enjoy the narration. The concept of a Halloweentime show that may or may not exist was very interesting, but then I was completely confused once the different stories hopped on the train, and now I'm not entirely sure what really happened in any of it. Like, what's with Melody going to Halloweentime through the wall?
I'm glad to see I wasn't the one only confused, as it all progressed. I thought, well damn, I must be stupid af because I don't see how it all ties together.
Glad I'm not the only one who thought this... I was thinking to myself "Okay what does Any of this have to do with the first part of the story? Who are all these people?" Which isn't a good sign.
Also, smaller question: why were there cameras in the girls' bedroom in the first place? Just to have footage of the murder for the police? Because I don't think most people have cameras in their houses.

Not gonna lie
Only tue beginning made any sense. Everything beyond the first part just felt like confusing clutter
great narration, but man, this one really lost the thread along the way. the first warning sign was that really poorly done exchange with the front desk lady and the councilor, but it really spiraled down from there. I was really hoping the last story would somehow tie it up, but it did not.
This makes Halloween feel alive again

im lost who is jeniffer is she the one who introduced her friend to halloweentime or is it the other way around
I was lost trying to figure that out, for a while, too. Here's what I settled on...
So, Jennifer is the scary friend that slept over at Melody's. She is the one who was caught going through her friend Melody's phone. I guess she thought she'd gotten up and gone to another room, to lock herself up, for the night. I'm assuming she did not, but rather, suffocated her friend with a pillow. Then...she woke up horrified and I guess left and killed her own family?
That's the best sense I could make of it. Seems the friend with all the artwork (Melody) would have done the killing, but I honestly can't remember which friend was named what. I could have it backwards.
In the first story, the MC was calling her friend Jenn, which is presumably short for Jennifer. From that we can assume Melody was the MC from the first story. Jennifer first introduced Melody to Halloweentime, then Melody seemed to go crazy or get possessed and killed Jennifer, and Melody ended up in the medical place in story 2.
@@AnnaH4R You do, Jenn was the one with the artwork who introduced Melody to Halloweentime. Melody was the one who looked through Jenn's phone and got creeped out. In story 2, Melody ended up killing Jenn, even though Jenn was the creepy one with creepy artwork. It's like the creepiness spread from Jenn to Melody. But I'm on story 3 so far, so Idk if that's it for those particular characters.
And now the MC doctor in story 2 is being brought up in story 3... HMMM
Edit 1: But wait, Jenn was mentioned again in story 4!
Edit 2: Good golly, story 4 was so hard to follow. I don't even know what happened in that one.
Edit 3: Melody and Jenn in story 5! I guess this takes place before the first story because they're both alive? And they're twins all of the sudden?? They had different parents before. I'm soooo confused.
Edit 4: Ok, maybe they're not twins, they just looked alike... story 5 is... also really confusing. I'm so lost.
@@MynAnthony thank you for the correction! After sitting through the entire thing, I just got totally lost, so by the time I made it to the comment section I couldn't remember. I didn't even realize either were mentioned, again, after the first 2 stories 😥 it would be great to listen to it, in order.

Yeah, I'd previously heard all but the story of the creepy kids in costumes from Asher's G. I knew they were all connected, but I still haven't figured out what to make of it all. I'm very confused and don't think I want to listen, again, to try to connect the dots.

@@CalebLaw1 that's what I call "pissing in the wind." A bunch of stories from the same place that seem to have zero connection, otherwise. I've yet to see someone give an explanation of how these stories tie together.
honestly , not a joke, I remember some weird halloween themed children show from the early 90's. one was the halloween tree by ray bradbury- absolutely bizarre children's movie that was on tv about a friend dying in an accident and being invited by some supernatural long nosed weird old man to fly through time to chase down his ghost, yes, that weird. There was another one I can't remember which was more uncomfortable but I can't make myself remember it.
As long as you don't start walking through walls, you should be okay.

Welp after listening to this story twice It makes sense - for those who might be at a loss basically the whole thing is tied together via the monster and the final story, each of the anthology stories are how one of the characters at the end has died and idk I THINK that's what it is???
OK isn't there a segment missing? What happen to the little boy and the phone calls? I'm going to take a stab that the last segment really is the first and that the so called disappearing is actually setting them back in to the world to play out their events.

I think this would have worked a lot better if the story was from one character's perspective instead of jumping to a different character in a completely different scenario each time, which made it a bit hard to follow. The concept is really interesting though. If we stuck with the first protagonist throughout his lifetime, for example, the first part can be the same, the second part could be sometime later, perhaps his friend tried to kill him as the other children did to each other, so his friend was then put in that asylum. This would spark the next story as years could have passed and he went into a profession such as a psychologist/investigator to figure out the mystery of why this happened to his friend so many years ago, which would lead him to the cult and so on.
Disappointed in this one..... makes no sense what so ever.

I think most of Mr.Creeps stuff is as well how ever they rarely follow eachother on here but i probably listen to him and creepy pasta and i sure there is an British accented guy and 1 more i think and from my stance over here i feel like there is a fourth alot less herd but seems apart of the same gang theres others with that classic European accent which means brit. Lol but and afew others have similar art and colors but seems diffetent.i have to hear it from the 3

Or the guu that 6'4" and his cryptic hunters boss was like 6'8 or 9 and he was teamed uo with a mexican former cartel member and his boss just kill the nice innocent bigfoot cuz he was a job that they lied and said got away??? I love stories cuz if i read it i cant see it at all like i can listening . vary few stories will i prefer them in movie format . 90%+ if tge time will prefer the book but not if i have to read it cause im focused on the words and what they mean and what it means in the sentence chapters then the book .im extremely visual and think i can remote view .... anyways this is grate for me cuz i gain so much from this. the creatively and positive stimulation has made me more confident in engaging strangers which if you know me youd be surprised i think i need help engaging people in a variety of topics cuz i apear vary out going but thats just acting ....being whatever people need but i feel like in grade school kids wanted the teacher to read so they could eff off or sleep but i could remember points on quiz or test if itcwas red to me but remember little anything reading it my self....i cant explore the place and period in time and stand i the middle of the action if i have to read it myself plus anything slow like reading i dont have the patience so schoolwork home work was a fight to get me to do it but no schit i was only moved through school till highschool wjth (D)mostly 30 and 40% (F) grades sole saving grace so as not to be held back was A- or better test scores or destroying kids and alot of the times the teacher starting in 3rd grade in class discussions and individual projects..... so all that to say you guys plus talk radio have found that extremely visual person again dare i say remote viewer .i can see stuff better then most but now jts like the difference between Jarvis (ironman) to Vision and the mind stone. lastly you should try reading darkhourse comics on Predators (Yaut Ja) Zenomorphs and Engineers ...from promethius and alien covenant

Spoilers and explanation for those who don’t get it:
So all the stories take place in the same town and are about the same show Halloweentime and a mysterious cult. All the stories connect. The girl from the first story killed her friend and is the girl in the second story who’s being treated at the hospital where she escapes. The doctor in that story starts the fire to destroy the door (that’s called a mural) and ends up in prison. The next doctor in the following story is his replacement. He later dies of unknown causes though it’s implied the children at the hospital killed him. He writes a letter of resignation to the girls mother in next story. Her mother and father vanished mysteriously leaving behind her and her siblings. She ends up in the same hospital mentioned in the previous stories. The last story features all the adults from the previous stories as children in some sort of endless Hell scenario where they are living their deaths over and over again. It’s basically an anthology.
I get the confusion. This was very strangely written and left a lot of loose ends open. It seems very Candle Cove inspired, but it went off the rails by adding way too much into it without adding any explanations. All the sections seem like they were written by a different person.
