    Ma'am according to NCERT Water is shown to be stronger than oxalate... so spin pairing should also exist for water if it is existing for oxalate as shown in the last example.. then whhy are we considering H2O to be WEAK field ligand

      Because Cobalt is in +3 oxidation state so remove 3 electrons
