I volunteered at Ukutula right after this was filmed and helped raise this cub for a few months. They breed lions relentlessly, and all the warning signs are there. This place absolutely takes part in the canned hunting industry. Do NOT volunteer here. Tango and all the other cubs he was raised with has disappeared from the farm, and the staff refuses to give us any information about them. They tell us when we arrive that they release lions into the wild, which has been proven to be untrue, hand-reared lions cannot be released into the wild. These people breed lions, make a fortune letting volunteers and tourists pet them and make another fortune selling them to canned hunters. I wouldn't be surprised at all if this cub's head is a trophy on a wall somewhere today.
Why do people want a dead animal in their man cave? The canned hunting industry is unethical, immoral and evil. The people who participate have lost their souls.
I believe you! Because I have NEVER seen a lion cub that young away from its mother. Period! What reason would they possibly have for a human man to be handling a cub that young? Something evil is going on in that video but most people do not see it, they only see how cute the cub is. That cub is too young to be away from its mother and the ONLY REASON it would not be by its mother's side is if humans were trying to break the cub of its bond to its mother. Report them please!

Even if it was, in my own opinion I think the rate of that cub survival in higher in human hands than in the wild and the chance of tamed behavior is higher in humans too

Well I have visited this specific farm 3 times and am beyond sure they do not breed lions for trophy hunting!
