You need lots of time to get a one which is that good but it has about 1700 raw, the boost to over 2000 is because of adrenaline and challenger. But the amount of the sleep effect is insane.
It's the Sea Emperor's Greatsword, it's a very rare Relic Weapon, which of course means random stats and element, which can be seriously "OP" sometimes... - monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/MH4U:_Relic_Weapons#Sea-emperor.27s_Sword
+Max Ludwig GX Armor can be obtained by the Quest "See no Evil, Hear no Evil" and contains a buffed Kecha, Emerald Conga and a Furious Rajang. For the Palico Bro you have t oclear "Hunters Log: Rath."

+Harry Rage You can't hit the head all the time. Rajangs Staggerlimit is waaaaay less thn it was in Unite, so you can trip him multiple times per hunt, which gives you a Full-Charge for free. 2 Full-Charges on his leg are better than one at his head :b De-Apexing him is way easier if you use this strategie and I already tested to only attack his head during the hunt and it was alot slower. Charm has obviously been acquired with Powersaves. Everyone who has a perfect charm did it this way, just no one admits it. Weapon was acquired legitimately. That being said, having the gear does not mean that the run does itself.

Adreanaline just gives such a huge boost, its almost too good not to use.
