Absolutely agree with you. Can’t stand the polar opposite either, the stiffs (which comes out in their playing as well). You can see that she’s in the pocket here and playing with nuance and subtleties that are clearly her own, and those of the organ as well.

Hurrah! What a wonderful performance!. Dear Rev. Sister! I got inspired to practice my music better and better on my electronic keyboard on watching your music video. Even if electronic keyboard imitates the voice of pipe-organ, reed-organ (harmonium, accordion, bandoneon, mouth-harmonica etc.) piano, harpischord, celeste and all the other wind, stringed and percussion musical instruments. But it (electronic keyboard) can't beat any musical instruments including organ (both pipe and reed organ). There many rhythm patterns with auto-accompaniment (orchestration of chord progression, bassline, overlapping automatically played along with rhythm pattern when the respective chord of the manual play melody is fingered on the left hand side end octave of the keyboard) is provided in keyboard for accompanying the manual play melody. But it can't beat the real orchestration. Real organ is real organ and imitation is imitation. No imitation can beat the real one.
That is true what you are describing. The organ - the queen of instruments - cannot be replaced by such copies. The sound that arises under your fingers and the feelings that are then awakened, so sensitive, sometimes lively and sweeping, fill you, the nave and everyone who is there. A tremendous feeling.
