i can say the apple watch definitely makes the endel experience so much better. i’ve noticed the music change as my heart rate changes, like if i’m exercising the intensity and volume of the soundscape that ur using adapts to it as well, especially in relax mode.
App is pretty and good to use but the science behind it is still not complete and throwing around of buzz words is a big red flag. I feel someday i will have to pay a subscription fee to just flush my shit. i dont why an alogithm that basically just controls tempo deserves a subscription fee. People need to start complaining.
Je l’utilise tous les soirs le mode « sleep » pour dormir toute la nuit depuis 2 ans et c’est super ! mais je n’utilise pas les autres fonctionnalités !!!
Is it pretty much a white noise app?? I can relate too, I have some white noise channels on YT as well as early 2000s commercials for that nostalgic calm brain feel but this app peaked my interest
At the beginning of the piece you said it isn’t a productivity app - yet if it helps you focus and get things done (oooh - that has a ring to it) then tell me why it isn’t a productivity app? Maybe it’s because it doesn’t have to-do checkboxes 🤣
Any way you could let us know wheat the Spotify playlist you use are? Have you ever done a video on them? The light music with quotes of the past sounds great and right up my street!
Too noisy, repetitive and boring. I didn't like it. Sleeping sounds also don't seem to volume down so you will be all night long (or nap) with music which is counterproductive.
@@dancegod1691 well to be fair musical scales are based on discrete oscillation patterns of strings and can be played in patterns to produce highly predictable results. I don’t know why that was a point of contention for you but I love that when I play the guitar I’m turning science into art with my raw emotion releasing what my brain envisioned and exclaimed.

Thanks for that. I’m considering getting the watch just for this purpose. That it significantly improves the experience was what I hoped to see.

"People need to start complaining" I like you.
It’s like a wonderful brain massage. I wish I could afford it. I just lost my job. I have to cut out everything
I hope things get better for you
one of the best apps in time I have found with fantastic soundscapes! really worthwhile

I’m using the app and I don’t really see any difference. I prefer RUclips or Spotify Focus playlists.

No mention of side effects? These apps always give me migraines and make me feel groggy and drugged (even if only used in the day for non-sleep uses).
Same, I couldn’t sleep for hours when I used it to go to bed. Usually I do better after insta before bed
How do you cancel app?

Cut to the chase: does Endel still not have the wormhole animation, like the one in the adds?

Totally agree, spotify provides unbelievable studying experience 😄
I've just discovered Plastikman seems to have contributed some music - from a glimpse of the cover art. Your work here is done! 👋 😄

So.. it’s basically ASMR but on an app tied to a paid sub?
I guess I’ll give it a try
Sooo... I'm assuming this is geared toward Apple people?
Not at all, available on all platforms
So when the app is chapping my ass because it’s doing me wrong, what is actually happening is science, and I’m the one who is in the wrong. 🤔
this was the most vapid review. A lot of talking to say very little.
Imagine getting reply from Francesco

no, just no. Total scam.
can you explain ?
@@ayushtiwari4922 science mumbo jumbo, only for the sake of marketing.
@@muffinberg7960 they tried to explain the pentatonic scale like it’s something scientific
@@dancegod1691 Lol! Everybody seems to be buying that shit though. Sad.
