Ok, this great, but when and how do you visualize the wing spar is corroded without taking everything down, is this an item that is checked every annual? and if so how do you see the integrity of the external part of the wing spar ( the more corroded part of the spar.) without taking the wings off?. thank you in advance!
The old product ACF-50 could work but there is a new harder corrosion protection, that is what we use now. Spar had to be very clean prior to treatment.
Not 1, but 2 creepers laying out in the work area wheels down. These is EXTREMELY unsafe. Always stand your creeper up out of the way or turn it over if you must leave it in the work area. Just like stepping on a skate board ! You’re welcome

It is supposed to be checked every annual, using a scope to see up on top of the spar. FYI
Is there any corrosion treatment applied with the new spar ??

Even cleaning the spar and treating with oil will work for awhile.
