The Jags need to make the Mark Brunell era unis full-time. Just admit it was a mistake to ever come off those uniforms, and say sorry and leave these ones full time. LOGO TOO! The new logo looks like a girl jaguar, the throwback logo looks like a badass jaguar.
The problem with the Jags is not everyone watches all of their games so you either ONLY see highlights or low lights. Trevor hasn’t been the problem except for last year when he was playing through 4 different injuries.
The stats are there .. since his injury, he has been less than half the player he was. no one will bring it up tho. Because the expectation on QB and especially with that payroll, is way too high to consider any variables.
As a jags fan that’s so far from the truth. His play has definitely been the issue. Never consistent and before the issue the team was 8-3 last year and he had 10 TDS and 9 TO at that point. The colts injury ridden defense was what his confidence needed. Let’s see if he keeps up after losing 9 straight games.
@@minoemann8808 you proved my point with your comment actually.... The oversight on the injury and go straight to comparing Trevor. Half of what I was originally commenting was sarcastic so it's kind of ironic you actually landed right into exactly what I was talking about.
As poorly as the Jags have played, they should still be 4-1. While Trevor has been rather 'MID', coaching and gamecalling straight up cost em the game against the Dolphins, Browns, and even the Texans. Jags love to find ways to lose, and last night showed it. Even though they won, they blew a 14 point lead in less than 2:30.
Jaguars are going to have to score close to 40 points a game with what they're rolling out in the secondary. The girl scouts could throw TD's against that coverage. The good news is that the O-line looks like it's getting better every week. They kept T-Law's throwback jersey clean all afternoon.
The issue is that it could be the offense one game and defense another. I’ll start narrowing down problems only if the Jags go on a run, which is…dicey
The only colts-jags game I've been in person was the last time the Colts won. My Dad was getting so much hate walking back to our car in his Manning jersey. I don't know who cast the curse, but it's very real lol.
@colemilz lol, I was born and raised in Jax and a Jags fan. Once, I ran into Brunnell wearing my dad's Colts sweater at the jacksonville zoo. My dad's the Indiana stock from Newcastle, and he's pissed I have a Brunnell signed Colts sweater.
Jags defense is horrendous. Secondary ranks last in almost every category. If that was any other defense that game would not be as close as it was on the scoreboard they gave up 24 points in the 4th quarter
But they didn’t miss. And they haven’t missed “at home” in over 10 years and counting. Also don’t act like Joe Flacco isn’t the best QB the colts have had since Luck.
Yeah, it was bizarre Press Taylor decided on three straight pass plays up 14 with under 5 minutes to play to go three and out. He was calling plays like they were down 14.
Additionally they have done the same thing in just about all of the games in one form or another and none of them worked out. I hope Ben, Kliff or someone can come and change the Jags. Also the DC body language was terrible….just my opinion though.
Ryan neilson is horrible. Game was not as close as it seemed on the scoreboard. Jags D let the colts score 24 points in the 4th quarter but Trevor drove them down the field to close it out
No Jags defense is not the biggest concern, the offense is. Defense has only allowed more than 20 points, twice but offense has only scored more than 20 once.
Their pass protection is a huge concern and if teams can score at Will like the Colts did 14 points in the last four minutes it doesn’t matter how good the offense is going to be
National media knows nothing. The jags proved NOTHING. The colts defense allows every team to look like world-beaters. Malik Willis? Best game of his short career. Caleb Williams? Best game of his short career. Justin fields? Best game of his career. Jags offense? Best game in a year. They come in averaging 15 points and score 37 lol.
@@bronnyjames5022 not sure who yall is. But there is a significant portion of the colts fan base that has been unhappy with Gus Bradley (and eberflus before him) and their simple to read, basic defenses. No exotic looks. The Throwback Uniforms definitely helped
Jags fan here, we deeply appreciate Rich Eisen, as his show always covers the least popular team in the land, my Jacksonville Jags. Thanks Rich!

The jags have 5 starters on defense hurt
yea, our starting safety and captain Dewey Wingard for best example.

Beat the Flaco led Colts minus Johnathan Taylor by 3 on a last second kick. At home. Missed a complete implosion by a razor thin margin.
