People think hes washed which is hilarious, he threw a 50 yard bullet off his feet that hit Mike Williams in the hands with less than a yard of seperation, may not be as great as he was but hes still a high level qb. The problem is his ego. Hes overly controlling and wants to force his vision of the offense, rather than as Bruce Lee once said " be like water" thays what Brady and Manning did. They would mold their game and offense into what worked best with what they had.

Greeny, I gotta correct you: Robert Saleh is not a bad coach. He was just a bad head coach. Like the saying goes, some people make better coordinators than head coaches. The Jets’ defense was consistently solid under him. But the offense never evolved. They didn’t address the weak offensive line and lackluster play calling on offense. They brought in a hall of fame quarterback to bandage the problem. But it was too late.
