Great question! And yes it is, there is no upper age limit as far as we know! The categories are either for under 17-year-olds or over 17-year-olds. At the last world championships the oldest freestyler who participated was over 40 years old if I remember correctly! So even on a higher level it is possible to keep competing longer than one might anticipate 🙏

It depends on the competition but often one can compete already at color belts! It's never too early (or late) to start! 🥋🙌

Everybody can start training freestyle :)! Not sure at what belt you can start competing, it depends on the country and club you train at. In many places you can start already as a colorbelt👊🏼

I suggest finding a tricking and/or gymnastics coach if nobady at your club knows how to teach safely acrobatic movements. You can also try to learn on your own from tutorials but remember to stay safe!
