    Amazing! I'm stuck at my face or a bit more with Yop and less space without legit tatami and calf wound, which cause a shy psychological block in higher jump, so...I did a study and still practising different styles, wing chun baijquan and the yang Chen or "martial" tai chi quan, fencing and stick basics and I teach k1 and boxing, even powerlift and Bb... sorry for bothering you with all of this but your agility stuns me, 20years daily with striking arts practice and study (books as well)😅😅❤❤😊 is hard without a "crew" overcome myself limit, with 30°C (italy) any advice? On what focusing? Smooth and easy from basics to combine 360 hook spinning and round back. Power's (especially core is more than enough to my sabum too) maybe relaxing speed and balance coordination? You are beautiful thanks 😊

      Lovely to hear you've been trying different martial arts as well! And it's not always easy to train by yourself. Hammering down the basics is always a great idea and to progress steadily and slowly to more difficult things :) Happy training and good luck on your chosen path!

      @FOCTaekwondo my path for now is to rehabilitation after an accident and learn the highest jumping kick, not freestyle as itself, but till 720 surely, also a 540 that works for real, not just the one done for coolness, which I'd admire but without intention I just can't afford to do any movement... for jumping with both legs and slowly getting free from a psy block. Is there something that will help me to get it? Breathing on constant effort (like 100 meters) and having a smoother mindset by getting back my fitness shape, doing something that is like jumping pliometric and knees up squat that heavyweight squats... and is this a sample for any kind of things, from iso to pliometric and add speed and smooth moves, then power and tecnical??? Thanks a lot!
