I changed the time but now only the hall lights are coming on - not the outside lights? Could this be an issue with how I set the timer?

The manual off switch at the very bottom. Where should it be positioned when using the timer? Middle or to the right where it says on?

Leave in the OFF position with trippers set. It can be turned to the ON position if needed at any time. If you need to run a pump after the OFF position. Leaving it in the ON position will not affect the tripper settings. You can also add extra trippers if needed for additional cycles. You have to remember that the filter pump must be on if running the sweep/cleaner pump. Hope this helps

each timeclock has it's own motor. they are both wired to the line power of the filter pump time clock.

the trippers on each timeclock will turn the manual lever ON or OFF. hope that answers you question.
