Costum Pullmax Dies for Naturkind ECO Stroller Repair

- Making some custom Pullmax Dies on my Schaublin 13 mill to repair a Naturkind Vita ECO stroller. The Vita stroller is great, but this one was used a lot. The original part was made from aluminum and broke. I replaced it with stainless steel tubes that I made with the Pullmax P3 sheet metal forming machine. The P3 had to work hard to get the 26x2.5mm stainless steel tube in shape but it worked out great.
Job done, and our little boy is back on the road again.

Great job Bart

@@MattysWorkshop good to hear. Stay positive and work on some nice projects 💪
Hi Bart, hope you're well. Nice work on the stroller, all ready now for a new life. PS. I didn't know you were a bit of a woodworker, too. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work. 😊👍✌
Thanks, yes i'm doing well. Just not much time in the shop these days. And sometimes I do some woodworking ass well but just for projects around the house.
Well done my friend.
Thanks
Yes. Glad to see you back.
Thank you. Will upload some more soon
Elegant fix!
Thanks!
Happy to see you again Bart, thanks for posting.
I would place the tube between the flat bars and press with a press.
Good work.
Good to see you back making videos Bart, I thought maybe you had given up on RUclips?
Thanks, din't give up on YT but time in the shop is limited and making videos takes a long time. For video's with a few thousend views thats not realy worth the effort.
Very Nice
Thanks!
Great workmanship!! Those 2 pipes will never break again! not sure about the other ones!
Thanks you. Yes these two will last a long time. Maybe in a few years it will be transformed into a stainless steel stroller if I replace the other ones.
Ja mooi je weer te zien !!
Dank je! Ja soms lukt het weer om wat filmpjes te maken. Binnenkort nog een paar erbij.
That sure was a lot of work. But that's, of course, part of the fun.
Yes, and a good learning experience
Nice work Bart!! How's the family doing? Did your son grow his beard yet???!!!!!??? LOL Ciao
LOL, no beard yet but he is growing fast and strong. It's hard to keep the tools out of his hands... ;-)
Nice work. Was it hard to keep the axis of the ellipse straight ? I just feel like if I did that free hand, it would have corkscrewed
Thanks. To keep it straight I put a marker line on the top and keep it there. But its was not a hard. The longer dies where a bitself aligning so it was an easy task
Hey great video, saw your other pullmax video about the vibration and was wondering if you changed or fixed anything? The pullmax looks to be running smoother in this video. I have a P7 and it vibrates just like yours. Any info would be great! Thanks Mark.
Thanks. No changes and it's still vibrating. But that is only on the low speed and I'm using the high speed. Also must admit that I don't use the machine very much.
Молодец
