Here I was considering another hospital for my next birth, but looking back, I had the perfect birth experience at Avenues Hospital with my first. Really really organised, with the loveliest nurses. Let me just go back lol
I recently gave birth at health point and they have improved on the things you spoke about. But their billing department and front reception people were RUDE AF.. i'd rate my experience a 7/10.. and go back for the food LMAO
