  • When his parents used to make him go to Mass as a kid, Ken Geraci was bored out of his mind; his ADHD, combined with not really understanding what was going on, made him want to get out of there as fast as humanly possible and go do something else.
And once he was out of his parents' house, that was the end of church for him as far as he was concerned.
He shares how an invitation from a friend started him on a path back to Christ, and caused him to reflect on what the Mass was really about.

What a wonderful perspective of what really unfolds during a mass to share to our children. Thank you father, God bless you.

Thank you Father. The discovery of mystery in the Catholic faith is something that helped draw me into the Church. The more I understand about the universe the more I see I can't understand without mystery.

So now there is no ADHD? How did that go away, with or without church? Fr. Geraci never mentions how he was healed. Was it through conversion? Was it before? Was it after? I have more questions now than I did before listening to him proselytize. Glad he came back to the Church, we need more good and holy men. By the way, the vocation of good and holy Catholic families may be just as important as the calling of priests because without butts in the pews, there is no Church.
