Old comment, sorry, just wanted to point out that the lion is on the coat of arms, it's not really a flag, I've never seen that one used as a flag, though I've seen the coat of arms for the cities of Norway used as flags, like my home town has 3 seagulls on theirs, so perhaps if they know what city their heritage is from, they could use the flag of their home city.
