No hardware RT support and good awful dx12 support will kill it soon, remember aw2 isn't a one-off thing, Dx12_2 feature set will be used even more especially work graphs
Maxwell is going to age very poorly, but that arch was born only when dx12 was still in infancy pascal on the other hand was a bigger flop in that, however it is more funny that pascal is the one who has good performance in aw2 following recent patch whilst rdna1 is still scrapping the bottom, really shows that NVIDIA were playing the longer game with their Turing cards while amd was still trying to catch up with them
@@skbenchmark You have default thermal limits set at 83C, therefore it throttles performance to not hit 85C. Your are in your own words in "change thermal paste" territory. To conclude, is this video useless to see performance because you are hitting a thermal wall. You should have raised fan speeds or undervolted, these cards came highly overvolted from factory. Like 1.168 Volts is crazy high, you should try 1400Mhz at 1.100 volts, should work. Ps: almost no card past this one gets over 1.062 volts.
bro these spec are very low. but if you want to play tgis game then upgrade ram. atleast 16gb. also your processor is very low end upgrade it atleast brought i7 4770 or i7 4790k. but if you want to continue with your spec then only upgrade ram atleast 16gb

my first HIGH END card I ever bought ... upgraded to this card from a 560ti to 980ti to 1080ti to 2080S .. I just sold my 2080S and went with AMD ..
So 2080S is not much better than 980 ti? Pay doesn't worth it if I already have second one?
