Totally, but not from Florida :) It rains here daily from June to October 🤣 So happy they have beautiful weather in Vancouver though! It was about 95 degrees when we embarked in mid May! It was nuts
We spent a whole week in Vancouver a few years ago. Stanley Park was a fun day because we biked around the whole area. We also went to Granville Market, which was an awesome place to try some local food. Hope y'all enjoyed the Alaskan Cruise!!! We are Tampa residents now and we enjoy watching your videos for ideas of things to do in the area, especially the parks. Thanks!
I’m sure other people posted but if not, Richmond is essentially a full town that is like a Asian town. There’s a lot of different Asian districts in there we go up and visit the in-laws every other and spend a full day in Richmond.
The sound I made when you said you hadn’t seen the the 9-grain ciabatta buns before was one of horror. Me and my family make sure there is a bag of those in our freezers at ALL TIMES because they’re that good. I’m also VERY envious of the Asian food options. While that was a LOT of octopus, it would make a LOT of Takoyaki. 🐙 🤤 I stay exclusively at Holiday Inn because the hot breakfast with the cinnamon rolls are to die for. I’ve never been outside of Vancouver airport, and every time you spend time there it makes me want to go for a few days soon. I love Haida art so would love those stickers. And yes, that is a maple leaf and those are maple trees. 🍁 🇨🇦
Thank you so much for all of the wonderful detailed content you provide. I’m a pretty anxious person so having details like you provide in your videos are very helpful for me with planning! I am booking our Alaskan Disney cruise because I saw your videos!
The Costco portion of the video is so interesting. I’ve lived in van all my life and never though twice of all the snacks we have here 😂😂 the fascination is the same when I go across the border to the states as well lol Edit** the 9 o’clock gun was a childhood summer staple!! my family would drive into Vancouver, get ice cream, then head to the park to hear it go off
We were on your Alaskan cruise last year! Looking forward to seeing how your cruise compares this year. Hoping for great weather for y’all. Always enjoy your vlogs!!
The views from your hotel were amazing! I definitely want to stay there whenever I go on an Alaskan cruise. Also Stanley park seems so beautiful. They also had amazing views ❤️. I will be visiting there as well. Thanks for the video. 👍🏽
The scales are to make sure that your suitcases are not over the required weight (eg: 50lbs)…I wouldn’t want to weigh myself either!! Nice video Adrian! And congratulations to you and Koda! 🎉
Love your cruise adventures Adrien. Your vlogs are always helpful and honest! So happy you’re able to experience this trip!! You’re a hard worker and your video’s literally tell a story (a lot of time to do that)….I appreciate it all! Theresa 😊xo
@@ThemeParkExpress I’m thinking taking a Disney cruise to Alaska thanks to you next year I’m going on a western Caribbean in the Disney fantasy for my bday
Hi! The artist of the fishnet sculptures at SFO is Janet Echelman and she was born in Tampa! She is highly regarded globally and she been has a piece in the St. Pete Pier Park. My mom lives in Clearwater and I was taken by her work too! 😬
River Rock Casino Resort would have been a good choice also for 1 night in Richmond.. then you could have went to the Night Market. The 9 o'clock gun was used as a curfew gun when i was a kid. you can hear the gun all over Vancouver. And yes its a maple leaf and tree.
Hi! I am newly subscribed to the channel. I am planning a trip on the Wish and stumbled across your channel. I love your personality and how thorough you are in your content. I have started to enjoy all of your videos outside of the Wish vlogs! I just saw your live so congratulations on the engagement! 🎉
Great start to your Alaskan cruise 🛳. We stayed at that same Holiday Inn Express when we went on our Alaskan cruise in 2014 and also went to Costco. Which was cool since I work at my local Costco....tons of differences between the US and Canada.
It's fun to see you have the same troubles at the airport! I thought it was just me. I always get the times wrong not knowing if its the time you leave or where you land and I literally missed a connecting flight the first time I flew! And knowing where to go to get your rides!! ugh!!! Excited to watch this full series!!!
I’ve been on pins and needles waiting for your Alaska videos!! We’re sailing on the Wonder late next May. Thank you for the review of the Pan Pacific Hotel. I’m hoping we can stay there the night before we cruise.
@@ThemeParkExpress I was surprised by how good it is. We always get it when we go. Also I might have missed it but did you say what the cost of the cruise was? my first cruise was to Alaska with NCL but my husband has never been to Alaska and we want to go and take our little ones with us so we figure Disney would be the best line for it.
10:30 “geared towards the Asian market as well” *mom looks at Asian guy* LMAOOOOOOO (Pls don’t take this the wrong way I’m Asian and thought that was hella funny LOLLL)
Oh so great I’m in Vancouver if your here for the night you should eat at the rouge wet bar by your hotel it’s got great food enjoy your journey love your videos
Love the Vancouver content! Next time youre there, you must try the aburi at Miku restaurant, if youre craving some amazing sushi. Its just next to the cruise terminal. Vancouver has been ranked top city in the world for best sushi outside of japan!
@ThemeParkExpress I just got a reservation for an Alaskan cruise but I wanted to ask about the pan pacific, did you get that through disney cruise line and did they charge USD or CAD and in terms of transport do they provide on the price or not .
how did you get to stanley park from the hotel? Is it walking distance or do you have to take an uber? Is uber readily available for everywhere to sightsee?
Vancouver local here. It’s a very nice walk of a little over a mile along the ocean from the Pan Pacific to Stanley Park, so it depends how long you want to walk since the Stanley Park sea wall is another 6 miles. It’s flat and I walk the whole thing. There’s bike rental also. He missed most of the scenic parts. Uber/Lyft/taxis are widely available and public transit is very good. Don’t take an Uber from the airport to the Pan Pacific unless you have a ton of luggage. The train is way faster and cheaper.
@@jeanallan8106 Thank you for replying. Do you know if there is anywhere (walking distance) toget wine? I know you can take a couple bottles onboard but Im not packing in suitcase to fly. thank you...Oh and maybe a place to pick up 12 pack water.
@@kiwisun529 There are a few liquor stores very close. You can Google when you get there for the closest, but I know there’s one in Harbour Centre about 500m away. There’s many convenience stores nearby where you can buy water, but maybe not by the case unless they stock up for cruise passengers. There is a Costco that’s 5 minutes away on the SkyTrain. Also please note that alcohol isn’t sold in convenience, or grocery stores in BC. So unfortunately you have to make two trips for wine and bottled water.
Your ignorance and I don’t mean that in a negative way but not knowing about foods it’s pretty funny I live in Florida and I’ve seen all of the things you’re mentioning I don’t know where are you go shopping
See your trip from Miami all the way up to Vancouver is funny not funny for me because again most people who live in the Miami area or the East Coast are within an hour to6 Hour Dr. of the port and majority of the blogs are to do with stuff out of Florida. Plus we took the same cruise last September and yeah we’re a 4 Hour Dr. from Vancouver so we only had to drive four hours to the pan Pacific. Y’all your blogs to relive my trip
But this fall it will be us for a second cruise ever and our second Disney cruise ever. We will be flying from Vancouver to Miami for the Panama cruise in October.
Koda brought the sunshine and nice weather this trip since she didn’t get to go the last one ☀️🥰

Loved the shopping trip to Costco. The hotel is fab. Beautiful views. Really looking forward to this Alaska series. Thanks for all your hard work.

This videos are so helpful! First cruise ever in September and doing a Disney Alaska Cruise.
Wow, the Pan Pacific Hotel is gorgeous! Thanks for taking us inside!

Wait, how was the quail egg?! 😆
Hard to explain them. They're good just tiny
i am enjoy it😁😁
the scale are good for weighting your luggage
They sell quail eggs at publix in florida
I feel like the scales in the rooms are for luggage 😂
Love your content! I have a question about spending in Canada. Did you convert cash or just pay by card?
Supposedly the scale in the bathroom at fancy hotels is to weigh your luggage lol. 🤷🏻♀️
Hey Bud!
The Canadian Costco's suck 😂 As a Canadian, we always go down to the Costco across the border to get the fun/cool foods from Tik Tok!

Day 4 is missing from this playlist
I have been looking forward to your Alaska series! Btw Octopus is yummy if prepared properly (otherwise it could be rather chewy🤮).
I agree haha!
its not bridgeport but you are at richmod
Did you have to exchange some of your money? Or like how does that work?
So you can use your Costco card in Canada !?
