Feeling like the twist with the “falling stars” contradicted 1.0, only to go back to look at old cutscenes and find out that, yes, the hero DID see an illusion of a meteor shower when they awoke their powers, made me respect this game even more.
Do you remember where the cutscene was from? I'm trying to find it, but with how many cutscenes there are for 1.0, I'm not sure which sections to look in.
Interesting that 5.2 ends not with the WoL returning to the Rising Stones and waiting to get a call a few days or weeks later as usual, but instead sleeping at an inn room in the Crystarium. Makes me think that something big goes down the next morning on the First. 5.3 is going to be dope!
Coming back to 1:04:00 after 6.5 is certainly interesting after seeing someone mention something. *Spoilers for Endwalker patch content* This seems to be where we first truly see Venat and the people who become the Twelve we know and fight in the Alliance raids. Looking back at also what we know from the EW msq itself Venat understands whats needing to be done and knows why the Convocation did things the way they did too.
The voice of the white figure is Asahi's... oh no, that little runt is back for more. Another Ascian in white... Elidibus, the heart of Zodiark. Could it be that Venat comes to rain his party?
The voice is the same, but the face isn't quite, nor is the speech pattern...And I shouldn't think that Asahi would have all that unique a soul either...And I can't think of Asahi siccing Zenos on Zodiark, either.
@@mels6226 That's what I mean, another Ancient has stepped in the plot using Asahi's voice. Considering that the only Ascian in white we've seen so far is actually the Heart of Zodiark, does this mean that this new character is the Heart of Hydealyn?
Or what about that kid that was wearing the white hood? I believe it's a main mission in the ARR. He never stated his name but it was a mission early in the game
@@nunya2662 Unukalhai, from the warring triad quests...who called Elidibus his master, even when he was working with the scions. A warrior of light from the 13th would certainly be a soul to catch Zenos' attention!
The model is nearly identical save one small difference, the eye colour. I think it could be Venat, either through an avatar or minion, reprising the role her namesake played in XII. Remember, Venat is not really an entirely benign being - its actions caused magic to fade from the world and destroyed the non-human races, and the desire to "free" man of the Occuria may well have been to have them stop fixating on man, thus self-interested in a sense. Likewise, Venat in XIV sundered the planet and all on it, and weakened it.
@@receipt1227 True! Who could have imagined Y'shtola to be such a mad woman?! The subtext of that whole conversation was so explicit. A promise of reunion. To promise that she'll make the impossible happen. The confidence in her words made Runar fall in love all over again and she KNOWS it.
Really? Might have had something to do with my settings in OBS. Ill be sure to monitor it for future videos. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

@@OoBluePiscesOo Should be right near the beginning. The hero hears hydaelan saying "hear, feel, think" and then looks up and there's a meteor shower
@@patrickmalone3665 Thanks, I found it!

Really nice with your character resembling the "original" warrior of light, thank you and GG!

Love coming back to these cutscenes after all this time now that 6.3 is out
Bro, waiting for your 5.3 cutscene compilation. Keep it up.
Nicely done! Thank you.

There is no way this will end with Runar's heart intact :'(
Oh how wrong you were...

Does anyone know what's the music name is at 1:04:10?
Ardbert gets loud when he's giving his speech 😣
@ 32:20 Y'shtola is only able to see aether/souls but is otherwise blind, right? How is she able to talk about the statue the way she does?
Her aether-sight is kind of like echo location, if that makes sense?
I did not mean for there to be a pun there... And
I liked this patch a lot.

Elidibus's English voice....sounds like a creepy boomer professor with entitlement nonsense.
I prefer that over typical evil anime boy voice.
Spot the vapid entitled brat, always whining about boomer this, boomer that.
