Thank you so much for the revisit your hobbies. It was just what I needed to hear. And more importantly "it's not that serious". My counselor used to say "what's the worst thing that's going to happen?" Another gorgeous video. Sending you lots of love 😘😘😘 Karen
Thanks Helen, that was great. I love the little message at the end. Thanks. I just wanted to let you know that I am loving my tote. I love all the extra pockets you included for us. I use it for the gym. I saw your live the other day, and I thought it was great. You seemed relaxed and natural. Take care, best wishes from Australia. Although I lived in Canada 🇨🇦 for 6 years. (Saskatoon).
I love cozy journaling vlogs that show journaling and everyday activities! Great garden harvest! Thank you for the lovely message at the end of the video to inspire us do hobbies and activities to create calmness and uplift us!
So delightul! Love your washi and the colors you chose. Your sketches are always meaningful only because you are taking time to do them! Thank you so much for all the time you take to share your world with us. Have the bestest day too! ❤
Love this everyday blog style you do. And sitting on the floor is a grounding technique-something we all should do if we can. Or touch earth w our feet or hands lol. Stress filled days def require it in my opinion. Also fiber arts ground and center us too. I suck at meditating but crocheting kinda is my meditation at the start and end of the day. Xoox. Thanks for sharing a bit of your joy with us too. That new brush pen is making some preeeeetty doodles.
What fun! You are really make progress on that sweater. It's gorgeous! Loved all the parts of this video. The freebies are so cool! Ok, per your suggestion, I will spend some minutes today knitting outside by our koi pond! Summer in the PNW is so lovely. Makes all the grey days worth it. Happy Sunday!
Nice vlog! I love the shape of white sweater at the beginning of the video, and the colours of the one you are making are gorgeous😍. About the chickpea stew; I love the one my mum makes🤤 she makes it from scratch in the pressure cooker, but apart from the chickpeas, water and salt, she only adds a couple of whole peeled potatoes, a whole carrot and an onion cut in half. Sometimes she adds leek, which I love. Simple but ridiculously delicious!
Happy Sunday Helen. That Hobonichi cousin is looking beautiful plump. ❤❤❤ first lives are always the hardest Make “It’s not that serious” stickers in your future plans. ❤
I love this video! Thank you for sharing so much of yourself with all of us. I love your sweater ❤. I am a knitter too and in kind of a funk, but you're inspiring me to pick my projects back up. I also love your tip about writing a little bit at a time. ❤
I'm glad I was able to catch your Instagram live! It was so nice to see everyone talking about the washi swatches and other doodads since it's been a long while since I was in a conversation about stationery ☺️ Your sweater looks so good so far! I'm actually thinking of picking crocheting during my semester break! ~ Anyway, have a lovely week ahead and hope you have a fantastic birth week❤

Thank you so much for this video!! I loved seeing everything that you were up to and I really liked watching you cook. The sweater already looks beautiful, so I can’t wait to see the end reveal. Love you ♥️😘
I was waiting for you to doodle the Heirloom tomato 😄 I love this video Helen. I want to make the chickpea dish. Did you serve what you made in the pan over the other veggies? Or was the garden haul separate from the meal? 😊 thanks for the calming inspiration and for being you! You’re the best.
Hi Helen, I can’t get enough of these journaling videos. Something so relaxing. Just curious, can you explain how you use the Hobonichi vs your bullet journal? Also what’s the difference between your weekly to do list to the list you’ll write on your daily? Is the weekly purely to map out the important tasks you have or specific to work? Then on the day do you end up writing the same and just refer to your weekly page or priorities change and it’s a whole new list of to do’s. Then what goes into your Bullet journal?
Hi Helen, did you try continental knitting? This weekend I started knitting my first socks and I learned it. It is way better for your shoulders and it knits a lot faster.
I loved today’s video! I understand how it is to get bogged down into what may seem like minutiae and spend an inordinate amount of time, thought and energy on it. You’re doing great! Also you’re sweater looks so nice. Is that wool? 🧶
Just noticed with today post. Helen has 2 styles of holding her pen. 1. Thumb to index finger 2. Thumb over index finger I only noticed cause i am trying to correct the way i hold my pen (op.2, which apparently the incorrect method)
I need to pull my crochet out and finish the 283972323974 works-in-progress I have. It's going to start heating up here soon. Hope to see pics of the finished sweater!
Hope you enjoy the Barbie movie. Maybe we will get to see some Barbie inspired emotis in the shop! 🩷😉😊 Enjoy your week!
