I literally almost cried listening to just how fucking powerful this band truly is. Warren ? Stop by any time my brother ! You and Derek and Susan are the best.

Those two guys compliment each other so well, both of them have tone for days!! Two of my favorites! Thanks for sharing this awesome rendition of Dreams! 😊❤️
Gosh, Tremendous amount of emotional content. This combination of artists just brings out the best in them all. They've poured out their souls into this song.
I like seeing people from other backgrounds who have discovered "our" non-commercial music. By "our" I mean the community of roots to jamming music in America. Despite the audience quality recording of this mix, you perceived the emotional relationship between these 3. One NYE night in Oakland Ca. when Derek and (very pregnant) Susan's marriage was spilled to us by Phil Lesh, I laughed because Warren was over in the corner jokingly making the voodoo spell gestures with his hands like Phil was cursing it by telling. They are all related...Warren took Duane's place, Derrick - nephew of Butch took Dicky's place, and Susan, well she's just so soulful and bold but feminine, how could she NOT be brought into the fold. Look for an Allman Brothers version of this. Greg's gone now, but his music will live on.
I am still missin them...Greg, Duane, and Butch...and because I only got to see Duane once, I'll say especially Greg. The music always brings them back to us. Uh and I guess I have to mention Jerry too, cuz he was part of all this. My first AB show was in Feb 70, 2 nights after my 2nd GD show. The 2 bled together. Well, there was the other Brotherhood that may have had something to do with it. ;-) The Allman Bros from the South, and the Dead from SF. I remember shortly after Jerry passed seeing the Allmans do a Blue Sky with a kind of baby's face in the cosmos projected on the backdrop of the stage, while they morphed into Franklin's Tower and back into Blue Sky. May the Cosmic Winds blow you safely home, Boys.
Lockn Festival 2018 had what I like to call “what’s left of the GD & ABB was there man!” Plus Funk-George Clinton!! Man it was a special Lockn Festival! Everybody was there except Warren Haynes.
Seen the Allman Bros Band 100+ times. Nothing like the Beacon Theatre. I used to worry that the wood spiral would come crashing down from the ceiling. LOL. That version of Dreams was as good as any I ever saw in any Allman show. EVER
How could anyone click thumbs down if they clicked into this video in the first place?!?!?! Anyway -- I love watching musicians smile and love what each other is doing on stage... this video brought me to tears. Haven't seen ABB in a while and this is seriously great
That's what I've often wondered. How could you get to something offered freely and bother to dislike? Well YT just made a change to not display the dislike count which seems like a good thing to me. Haters can still hate, but they lose some of the audience for it which discourages the hate.
Love the Duane shout out starting at 11:08...that's how they have all ended the solo section since the song was first written. There's a great story about how Duane came up with that set of triplets for you Sky Dog fans out there, which I read about in "One Way Out" years ago. I think Butch Trucks told the story.
@@grantsmythe8625 Yes he did. Some people are blessed with the ability to tell stories Butch was one of them. I miss him, I miss them all. At least Duane found a perfect vessel to inhabit in Derek. He has gone where Duane would have gone had he lived. At least we had a few quality years with Greg at the end, what a voice. Thanks to Warren who had to swallow a lot of shit to hang in and be the right rock for ABB. I always thought his contributions were underappreciated for a long time. But his talents have showed out the last few years. Working with the Grateful Dead and that project. It's getting close to my time to escape this broken down old body. I hope Duane's available to give lessons
@@davidcochran6291 I'm 68, with health issues and understand that we're living on "borrowed time"!. But we really had some good music in our time, didn't we.
i know warren and derek need to do their own thing...and I get it...but man...it sure would be nice if every march...they got together at the beacon for some kind of 10 show run...with all kinds of great tunes...and a bunch of ABB stuff sprinkled in...those two NEED to be on stage together...its just awesome in every way...they both REEK of ALLMANS...the feel...just all of it...why not every MARCH....then go on their merry way....
I second that. Without the brothers I don't think either one of them would be the players they are today. It's going to be strange life without going to church a couple times a year and seeing the brothers and warren and Derek. I love the mule and TTB but the brothers with those two it just didn't get no better. There's going to be a huge hole. Rip Gregg Allman, butch trucks, Alan Woody, Duane Allman, Berry Oakley and supporting members of the band.. thank you for all the years.
Note the last name (yes, that is my real name), note I am from Macon Ga, note I have been known to run a sound board or two and POX I say to those who dislike this! POX!
1000 times better than when they did it with Marc Quinones in the Allmans. He was wonderful with them on everything else, but on "Dreams" he made it sound like a 3 stooges song.
The greatest part of this, the most spiritual part, the part that really connected the audience to the artist, was when upon entering the venue, a person asked: “papers please. Sir, I’m sorry, your papers seem to not be in order.” I have no respect for anyone who would perform at a venue enforcing this type of tyranny.
I literally almost cried listening to just how fucking powerful this band truly is. Warren ? Stop by any time my brother ! You and Derek and Susan are the best.
Best version I’ve ever seen
So thankful for them keeping alive what is so important to me and has been with me thru my life. The road goes on forever!
I've got 1 more ~~~~ silver dollar !
Cool!
Goosebumps
Best looking legs in Rock & Ro( )
Period.😜. & outstanding version of Dreams w/ Warren of course.🍄

bringing in that ole Allman Brothers magic
This is why the 3-10-2020 show was so special. These 2 players know how to channel the energy and creativity of the original band
Great job on capturing this and mucho thanks for sharing as always⚡️
Best Hayes and Trucks song together period.... Outstanding.
The SMILE on Dereks face is priceless !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When? Never saw Derek smile
My life is about this

Thanks for making the effort to shoot it and for sharing! It's a real treat to all the rest of us.
Epic!! I guess this was the first time they were on stage together since The Brothers show!! Great way to close out the Beacon run!!

Can't thank you enough for posting this! Great video quality and camera work. So happy to see the full band back together.
Susan Tedeschi- WOW WOW WOW!!!!!
That’s awesome, thanks for posting!
Thank You Warren, in a class all his own!
World class! Top of their game, one and all.
givin' me goosebumps.
So nice to see live music again.
Susan can not be ignored. Her strong voice moved the song along. BIG fan of the band.
Nice voice from they keyboard player too. Really channeled Greg.
No words.. But WOW 😎✌️🎶💯
Awesome!! So bummed I missed, good to see life getting back to "normal"
Dang, you know it’s on when a drummer breaks a stick. Great playing all around. Thanks for sharing.
Best version I’ve heard
Oh you are so...i love it for so long -- thanks for it...
Susan and Derek are in awe of warrens amazing guitar playing.
Derek is best guitar player on planet. He’s not in awe with warren, more like at home
The best of the best!

They need to be tied to a whipping post!@@mikebruns8839
What a buzz to see such amazing talent-these folks have it all❤
I always knew this as a Molly Hatchet song!
it's an Allman Brothers song that Molly Hatchett covered. both great songs but tip my cap to ABB.
Yea,both versions are very good
Molly who? lol I'll have to check a version of theirs out.
It's done quite different but one of my favourite MH tunes-very well played, one of the better southern rock bands of that time.
It seems they are swimming like fishes in the water, amazing performance!!!
I for one call for a brothers reunion or TTB a night with Warren. PLEASEEEEEEEEEE
Rock at its finest
It's like listening to The Allman Bros. at Fillmore East!! As close as you will ever get unless you were there in 1970.
Thank You Ed 😊
I love Warren's singing.
Warren has the great voice for this song and could sing almost everything as good as Greg but of course not the same - still great guitars- amazing!

That was great and also the fade-out on Why Does Love was very respectful to the memory of Derek … In Concert.
"One Way Out" is a great read, all told by members of ABB!!
Butch...God rest his Soul....told us a lot of great stories.

They’re definitely a match made in music heaven.
Or a Mule and Trucks Band tour.
I could definitely get down with that lol

Drummers over the top
Ao TTB não basta ser a melhor banda, tem que ter a companhia de "monstros" como Warren Haynes!
Gänsehaut
Magic
THANK YOU ED!!
Great Pair of legs!
Exceptional
Two perfect examples of how to build a solo..
No offense to the Susan fans out there, but this was nice on so many levels to get to listen to. Thank you for sharing.
2 Brothers testify
With Warren Haynes!
nuff said
Good to see Susan get the Tele out again
I wuz never one fer high heel booties...

Jimmy palumbo I totally agree with you 100%
Awesome
Drummers are impressive
Man I miss the Brothers 😞

Best voice since Gregg Allman.
Warren can certainly sing Gregg's songs with a lot of punch!
Not Warren, Susan has the best voice

What tyranny? When you post crap on You tube try to be clear in what you are saying
Hey , Warren, that amp you were playing thru had a killer tone, I assume its an Alessandro from what I see.
Great combination with that Paul.
♥♥♥
Dam!!!!!!
obvious are the guitar players but the percussion.. killinit
THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!! PS Were the Horns loud enough on this?
Hard to concentrate on the music while Susan has that skirt and catch me kiss me shoes…damn
I like watching Susan. She's a real babe for us old farts... P.
As is the whole band
She got a good first show…
Oh heck yes she did. WOOOOO 🎶🌞✌️😎
Does Warren ever smile?
Rip duane
R.IP. GREGG, COUSIN FIGEL
I was really hoping for a Van Halen cover :( I bet they'd kill it.
Warren looks like he's constipated.....about to blow an "O" ring.....
Warren's tone sounds off
A tear came during Warren's solo!joy
I wish he could be in this band my god
