Having trouble seeing the lines on the pattern? Just trace the paper darker so it helps to see through the layers. Be sure and take your time to keep it neat. Don't forget to make the dash marks dash and not solid lines. It is okay to write on your pattern lay out. It is your pattern.
We're happy you're looking forward to this fun program! We do not have an Oops Kit available for this project - I believe we mostly do them for patchwork-style BOMs. Hope this makes sense :) -Michelle
Hi Aimee - We would definitely recommend about a medium heat setting for this project. The appliqué is cotton fabrics. We're not sure how long to tell you because the time is dependent on several factors, including your iron, the fabric, heat setting and how many layers of appliqué you're fusing together. -Michelle

Hi Sharon - These are the stitch settings on the Bernina we used: Zigzag stitch: 2.2 wide .10 length 1.75 upper tension For the metallic star beams, we further reduced the tension to 1.0 and used the Thread Director. For the Green tree garland, these are the settings we used: Zigzag Stitch 2.8 width .10 length 1.75 upper tension Hope this helps!! -Michelle

@@ShabbyFabrics very helpful. Thank you!
Why did you construct the flying geese with the red fabric (looks like grunge) wrong side up? Why not use a red solid instead?
