We have a mobile welding business and my husband does ALL of the work and we are soooo busy!!! When you told the truck driver to get out of the drivers seat, I felt that! I want to get my husband out of the field so he isn’t working himself to death but I honestly don’t know where to start. I’m so overwhelmed with hiring and insurance and finding someone that can weld like my husband can that we just haven’t hired anyone. Also there are slow times in the winter so what do you do then?

Sounds like Danny company is based in California. So winter isn't an issue for him. And you need to just maybe have an apprentice with your husband until that person is skilled enough to be on his own.

5k for a new water heater, 20k for siding, 30 for roofing 15k new windows, 30k for kitchen counter top and refinish. Im sure these rip off contractors can easily create 100k in revenue. Just not from me
