Wow, the improvement is really showing! Can I ask - what do you do in terms of sleep? I'm having a really hard time sleeping, can get 4 good hours max, but it's not enough ... Do you do anything specific?
Thanks🥰 Here are the things that helped me improve my sleep - NMT (my skin is no longer weepy so I’m more comfortable) - Supplement called AdrenoPS (However this is a clinic only supplement and is only available through a nutritionist I think… I searched it up and there was something similar online called AdrenoPlex so maybe look into that!
