Kirby's done plenty of winks and nods to its past games in terms of music/remixes -- even Forgotten Land's HAL Rooms used snippets of Star Allies' main theme -- so I'd love to see Nintendo actually implement something like this into Wonder. Even 1-1 with this "soundfont" would be really refreshing. Edit: I've heard the Secret Course remix -- pretty much nails what I mean by 1-1.

Anyone find it weird how history is repeating itself with this is like what nsmb was to the advance series, plus both mario and sonic going toe to toe once again in a 2D game?
I'm actually hoping they do a Rayman Legend's Back to Origins scenario where after you complete the game, you unlock a world called "Back to New", where you play levels from the New Super Mario Bros. games (DS, Wii, U, etc.) That would be actually a fantastic way to finish up the game. I know it's slim, but it's still cool.
I'm imagining a secret course off the main map path, at the beginning, the level is silent. Then you touch a Wonder flower. And the nostalgia kicks in a wonderous (pun partially intended) way.
I imagine if this is in the game it's for a quick visit to the mushroom kingdom before coming back to the flower kingdom, maybe could be an NSMB level even, some changes tho because it's the future, 1-1 NSMB I imagine would be the level
