Sir I am 27 year old Banker in Axis bank and I have done my MBA in HR & Finance.and BA In (history, polity & English literature) . could u please suggest me for phd . Which subject should i choose ? Or i should do the phd or not .what should i do as per your opinion.
Thanks for query. As per my opinion, if you are really interested then only do PhD fulltime. If you are happy with your Job, also want to do PhD, then do part-time PhD in your stream i.e in HR & Finance. It will be good.
If you don't have good academic scores in graduation and Post graduation, never do phd because your API score doesn't meet cutoff for getting job in government university.
Sir right now many new areas are emerging like Electric mobility , robotics , drones , energy storage etc , these things require deep knowledge then why phd people are not able to contribute
