24 Hour Layover in Paris (how to have the perfect day)

- We are back!! After our 3 week social media detox we are heading back out and the cheapest flight out of LA was to Paris where we will be having a 24 hour layover!
After arriving in Paris and checking into our incredible room at the Peninsular Paris, we crashed after the jet lag hit us before waking up at 4am in the morning.
After a super tasty breakfast we headed out to see as many sites as possible in 24 hours including
- Arc de Triomphe
- The Louvre
- Notre Dame
- The Eiffel Tower
Before we crashed out and had a mid day nap. After waking up several hours late we headed to Le Tribeca for some baked camembert cheese then did a river tour around the city before ending our time on top of the Eiffel tower planning our next adventure.

I was surprised given the expense. It is among the most expensive in Paris.

In a Q&A video, they explained that Steven, via his marketing skills from university, started to get sponsorships from travel firms and hotels to save money, after they burned their finances off in their first full on travelling year.
They were smaller then, the channel is growing so financially, they probably are getting better deals.
And maybe they're saving money on flights to spend what they've got more on experiences on land.
Jess said that the channel is making some money to support both of them. But it still has a way to go to get things to the next level, about 2 years ago I think

Glad you enjoyed Paris. I went there from Poland for about 24h hours once and visited the Eiffel Tower, the city center and Christmas market. I had a chance to stay in Paris for a week in 2006, it was a blast.

I have also visit Paris (With my family). We stayed at a hotel with Mount Matre as Neighbor. We saw Sacre Ceur, Sailed on the Seinen, Eiffel Tower, Louvre - have our picture drawed/paint at Mount Matre. Bur we also visit Versaillies and Euro Disney. It was in 1997.

Turkey definitely. It is literally the crossroad between Europe and Asia. The culture and flavor of both collide and melt together there and this has been true for literally a couple of thousand years!
I do enjoy being Paris but find that cities such as Budapest offers much more (and it's much cheaper too)! 😁

leaving miami to paris xmas day - quick in and turn around sunday - few fun days in paris - (2007) went for a month but hubby missed that trip!
If you come to Paris you have to visit the Sainte Chapelle cathedral, the interior which is covered with stained glass is astonishing and wonderfull !
