As I said in a reply, Indom’s biggest issue is it can’t defend kills. It’s a competent predator but against female glavenus, zinogre, Garuga, nargacuga, rathian, anjanath and even some of the smaller predators of the ancient forest, it has no real mechanisms to either cache kills or defend its prey. It’s outsized by nearly all of them, and those it isn’t tend to have projectile weapons. It’s clearly an ambush predator not a stand and fight competitor. Even anjanath would be a little shorter length wise but is much taller and probably 1.7-2x the mass, plus fire snot. If it stuck around Indom would have to adapt to be more like a raptorial bird Wyvern but solo. Grow to be smaller, it kills prey, eats as much as it can with its huge gape as fast as possible then cut and run and turn invisible as soon as one of its forest competitors that outfight it shows up for the free meal.
I agree, even Tobi-Kadachi wouldn't have any big problems here either, he's not a big predator but he definitely can't be underestimated, he's MUCH more agile and faster than any dinosaur could be, and his affinity for electricity would make touching him not a good option. So in short, Tobi-Kadachi would kill the 5 together. I think even Pukei-Pukei would be a problem and could take some of them.
Honestly, I don't think even the Overlord I-Rex would do much, remember that these same Monsters that are your opponents are capable of resisting even high caliber explosions with some ease, their flesh and bones are not "common" . That being said, the Overlord version would probably only be able to anger an Anjanath until it became enraged and decided to take it seriously, the result would be a mutilated and burned body of the Overlord.
Yeah but deviljho is a pseudo elder, with rajang, ankanlos, Brachydious and a good number of others that can Challange elders and easily hurt them if the elder doesn’t fight it off
It would be quite entertaining to see an Indominus go after one of the large herbivores or mineralvore monsters as they are usually much larger than even most large monsters.
At best, it would be at the level of a Doshaguma in the food chain (above dromes, weak fanged beasts like the Congalala or the Bishaten, small leviathans like the Royal Ludroth, weak fanged wyverns like the Tobi-Kadachi, temnocerans and amphibians Zamtrios excluded. Other than these monsters, the Indominus Rex would not really be able to defend itself). But it could survive I think.
If we are adding the JW hybrids into the monster hunter universe i have some ideas. The Indominus rex would be the same tier as anjanath, but with camoflag instead of fire breath. The indoraptor filling the same role as odogaron being a hyper aggressive turf war machine. Heck give it beef with an enviromentally specific elder dragon similar to odo. VS val. If you want. Scorpius rex is the new wanderer of the game about the same size as rajang but with strong poison. Its also your first highrank slay quest. Make it a surprise on a quest to hunt a varient rathian just to up the "oh shit" factor. His intro scene could even be a rathian nerviously standing up looking around then running away. Cut to the entrance of the cave rathian makes it halfway out about to collide with the hunter when shes stopped and is dragged back in kicking, screaming, launching fireballs, ect. After you no longer see flashes of fire you see glowing red eyes and out walks the scorpius rex un-injured.
There's actually one pretty serious issue, and I dare say the biggest, Indominus would have to deal with that you seemingly forgot: Glavenus. They have identical niches (their size limits them to ambushing larger prey), leading to more frequent encounters. Glavenus have small eyes, made up for by good smell, nullifying Indo's camo. Glavenus are known for fighting other powerful monsters, including all of the nightmares that live in MH's volcanoes. Glavenus are highly intelligent, and far more heavily armed and armored than Indo thanks to their spikes, shell, tail and slag projectiles.
You’re right here, young and female glavenus prefer the territory adult indoms would be restricted to, wooded mosaics at the edges of plains. Glavenus is OBVIOUSLY a much more massive animal. Even a 2/3 size glavenus is a 55ft long animal that probably weighs twice as much as the indom, with much more weaponry and armour. Even if indominus is making kills, a decent size glavenus can just walk up and take it, none of indominus’ hunting and terror traits are of any use defending a kill against a more massive animal that can attack it safely from a distance via the tail slag “magma” balls from its burser or the tail itself.
Good mid size threat, could see it going against certain mid tiers like Barroth and others like it but stuff like Rathalathos, Diablos, Deviljho I think would beat it pretty handily. In groups however that’s a much different scenario still not beating elders and such but it would do better for sure.

Are you planning some scaling or vs battles with the combaticons or other tf combiners?😁
@@nitroplays7024 yes
Can you do one with scorpius rex? (I just want to know what would happen with the venom and its parthenogenesis (i think it was kalled (the thing that some species do to reproduce without a mate))
Indom would get clapped by a rathalos lol
However, I would say that the Indominus Rex is stronger than a Great Jagras, especially in a pack. If Great Jagras can survive, Indominus can too.
Indominus Rex would be a low tier monster,.
Cooked with this one 🍻
(Fantastic video btw) Hey legendary can you a what if idw nemesis prime was in elder scrolls 5
Good widio but just a tip try to cut of the backraund noises
@@hanny1724 I actually didn't hear it, I apologize
Indom's like, raptorial bird wyvern sized. at best, it wouldn't be above tzitzi ya ku; at worst, it'd be like, great baggi level
Nah... it's getting wrecked... an anjanath kills it. It's higher than kulu yaku and great jagras that's about it
Just imagine the absolute fucking humiliation, fear and surprise. That is hybrid mustfield of his like.I'm oh, this chin gonna be easy work. The chicken freaks out picks up rock absolutely clocks, one the head and runs away, they start chasing him, he have rock, he hits them in the face and just is like bob bitch, i'm gone
Or maybe worse, if it picks up a vase, they're getting glass in them, fucking eyes and mouth
what if the brut wyverns and common wyverns were in the Eocene
Which version of The Hunter(our playable character) is the strongest? I’m assuming it’s mhgu if we don’t include frontier
@Monsterhunter16 yeah definitely gu, but yeah normally it's frontier

What you think?
@PowerBalancetheKitsune needs work the idea is to counter the indom 2.0 not compete with it
@@legendarygrimlock4471 true. I've got some good ideas for other contributers. Perhaps we can work on it together?
