    - how to find logs
    - where logs are stored
    - how service and application related logs are monitored in live mode
    - how to troubleshoot routine problems with the help of logs
    - how to check the status of a service and realod the configuration file of a service without restarting the service
    - how to filter logs to get what we are interested in
