Proxy server acts as an interface between user/client and internet and fetches all the information from the internet to the user basically like a firewall , it also does caching of the the same information that is asked by many users as a static file and keeps within it and fetches the information whenever asked for, and also as a load balancer
You are just awesome man..Just up to the point and so many times i thought of some one would really discuss up on this very practical and real time things..never i found so far. And here i am watching your stuff now. thanks for your videos
Yes, Kapil, We can use Apache / Nginx web server as a proxy which will work as a load balancer, but in that case, you will have to customize it as per your requirement.
Great Video, Do we also have a hands-on tutorial video available implementing the same architecture in channel.? I am more interested in the proxy servers which is sitting in middle to redirect read/write request accordingly to the db's.
Nice Explanation Sir ... I have a question regarding real time project. We have a private ip for our ec2 instance on which our web application is hosted and we are using terraform to build our infra however when we perform a rebuild then the ip gets changed. Can you please advise what recommended approach should I follow to retain the private ip and the approach should be compliance.
Here webserver is acting as reverse proxy, We have to mention proxy pass directive in webserver config file to connect with app server like {proxypass / appserverIp or applb}. any request comes to the webserver it will goes to backend I.e apply or app server
Nice one .. do you have a video that covers how to check the load on servers ? I mean any tool or method ? And also how to check open and closed connections to backend
